I read it on an iPad. 10 times out of 10 when I open it up I have to “restore purchases”. Half the time that takes forever or doesn’t work. Can NEVER access my issues unless I have great WiFi, which makes them useless on planes and places where that is t an option, even if I download in advance. I haven’t been able to access my issues for months and they are not responding to emails.

I have many other magazines in my news stand and they all work fine. This app I purchased a 1 year subscription and this months magazine has the download button but I cannot download it. Nothing happens when I press download. I can purchase buy buttons and they work fine but download does not work. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and still not working. I have tried the restore purchases option in settings and that does not work either. A fix for this would be great. For now 1 star is the lowest rating I can give.
