I love this app! My online experience browsing car models was super simple and smooth. When I called in to reserve a car and make an appointment the associates were incredibly kind. Once visiting the location to test drive my car I was greeted warmly at the door and immediately taken to look at the car. There was no long wait time or rude associates at all. Everyone I spoke with had a smile on their face and knew exactly what they were talking about when I asked detailed questions. The whole process of test driving, trading in my old car, and the buying paperwork took less than an hour and a half. I had an amazing experience here and I recommend this app to anyone looking for an excellent customer experience and quality cars!

this app is the best way to buy a car. I don’t have the greatest credit but with a little bit more money down I was able to qualify for a really nice car and my payments are low. Thomas Lunsford at the Oxnard Ca. location has been extremely helpful and has worked with me every step of the way. He has never been pushy and has been patient with me when I wasn’t sure which car I wanted. I love the fact that you can have almost any car transferred from any this app for as little as no money to just a small transfer fee to your closest this app location. And with their 7 day return policy, I know I can buy from them without worry. I am so excited for my Hyundai to get to my local this app. Thanks Thomas for all your help

LOVE EVERYTHING about this app! We have bought SEVERAL cars from them and we KEEP going back! The EASE of the whole car-shopping experience, from shopping on the lot to shopping on the app is EASY and EFFORTLESS, the option to transfer a vehicle is FANTASTIC, the friendly and honest customer service that is across EVERY this app store (we have shopped at several locations) and the quality of every vehicle we have purchased!! We can’t say ENOUGH good things about this app!! In fact, we jokingly say, the only “bad” thing about this app is...IF you love the whole car shopping experience....BECAUSE they make it so easy to find your perfect vehicle, your car shopping experience is short-lived!!
