Contact Crosswalk com Devotionals Support

My first concern is...there are certain authors who need to adjust their audio podcast settingsl. They read too fast! While I know listeners can adjust voice speed in a podcast app, but there are listeners who don't have that knowledge to do so. Authors should test their audio outcomes so the listener can immediately catch the message. Since authors give much time, thought and prayer to their messages, I would think they would consider communication rate of speed so listeners can grow and be blest by the message. My second concern is that there is no contact info for certain authors if the listener wants to discuss the content. I know of one author who does give a website resource, but one is unable to even contact her on that website. While her website is not a Crosswalk issue, the point is all authors should be able to be contacted and willing to discuss their audio messages with listeners. And finally, Crosswalk does not respond to email contact regarding any technical or messaging matter. For example, on one devotional the website content did not match the audio content. I contacted Crosswalk, but no answer. Not even a "generic" reply! I know customer service must get hundreds of emails, but customer service still matters. I really appreciate Crosswalk ministries. I have daily been reading the Devotionals for 3 years now and often copy and share them with my brothers and sisters in Christ and even with some friends and family who do not know Jesus as their Savior. Just recently I am unable to copy inspirational Devotionals to share. I know it is not my phone because I can copy scripture online at other Christian sites. Please advise why the option to copy Devotionals has been removed.

I have been getting Neil Anderson's daily in Christ devotional for years suddenly the messages have become truncated and force me to click a link to your website to view the rest of the devotional. Your website will not open on my computer I got directions how to correct this but they don't work the instructions that I saw didn't apply to anything on my computer. So what in the world is going on why can't I open your website and why has Neil Anderson been forced to cut off his devotional partway through? Something seems very wrong.
