Trying to cancel my subscription and unable to do so - any sugge

Did not do my homework before getting app Hot a 3 day or 1 week trial ( not clear both stated) will not open The app is worthless to me as I have found Wish to cancel trial and subscription now 2 hours after installing on phone

I too have been scammed by this app. Like (it seems) everyone else. I didn’t approve this charge and yet they billed my debt card $49.99. Seems like these supposed Christians are not what they say they are. Just another so called Christian group using God’s name to steal money. Has anyone ever gotten their money back? Would love to know. Stay away from this app.

It’s my opinion you are a bunch of scammers posing as Christians ! People beware! This is not a good Christian app.

I'm having the same issue as it seems with a lot of other people. I've already paid my 49.99. I'd like to be able to use it.

Sermons NOT working I can't click on anything. I clicked restore purchase and got a verification code. I did that and went back in and still getting the same message. Asking me to restore purchase or sign up.

I did not authorize this app you took my money without telling me I call that stealing I want my money back

I was not aware of the yearly fee that was deducted from acct. doing my best to have it refunded

I have unauthorized charges from pray.com on my credit card! I demand to have the charger removed from my account!

I paid for a subscription but each time I tried to log in pray.com charged me. I have been charged 6 times on my American Express without any notification.until I checked my card. I tunes said they have no charges and that it went through PayPal. No record on PayPal. Now when I try I get an error message. Over 300.00 and no way to contact them.

I signed up for a FREE TRIAL and have been TRYING to CANCEL IT!! Why are you making it so difficult to do? I DO NOT WANT PRAY.COM!! I called because you took money out of my checking account and talked with a lady I was surprised to have a refund back in 72 hours and I still haven’t received it the money was taken out December the 3rd 2020

Paid for a subscription, it was never activated. Have sent numerous emails for months and only get automated responses. What’s going on here? This company is apparently all about their profit, could care less about their customers

I really love the app but please make it free. I for one I'm a student & I don't have that kind of money to subscribe so that I can unlock the content. Please allow people to use it for free.

App worked fine for a long time. But no longer able to assess features . Loved it when working.

Trying to get a refund and only receive a response from a Michael saying I need to contact Apple but I did not purchase it thru the app. I’ve emailed several times and no response. I need my 49.99 back! I didn’t even authorize this!

Purchased the app but was never able to access it. Kept getting a message to verify our email but there was no button in the email sent. Called Apple Support and they were unable to resolve as well. Finally had to to cancel subscription as we can’t get anyone from Pray.com to contact us or resolve the issue

I listen to your commercial on TV all the time. Do you realize that you are promoting that listening to GOD's WORD puts you to sleeeeep????

I am trying to get a refund because I was never able to use this app. Every time I clicked on it, I was charged again, either for an upgrade or another basic fee. I wish it would have worked properly. 😔

I was very disappointed in this app. I canceled before my subscription ended and money was still taken. I emailed the company and 2 days later I recieved a response from a gentlemen by the name "Micheal" he informed me I would be completely refunded for this app in 5 business days. This NEVER happened. 5 days later I sent an email and I kept getting the same reaponse from "Micheal" telling me sorry but if I wanted to cancel to see cancelation process clearly an auto reply. Sad from an app called "pray.com" Pray no one falls for this scam!!!

Pray.com is great but the system totally sucks! I was/am trying to use it but it kept prompting me for payment, last night i was trying to add to wallet on apple, but it is still asking for pmt! I have been searching for customer service for few hours now and i gave up! Nowhere i can find the phone to call, google gave me phone numbers of somebody else! I am done!
