Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever RiDE app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix RiDE app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RiDE app on iPhone
Update RiDE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RiDE iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RiDE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RiDE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

RiDE Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RiDE not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent RiDE app issues:

Force Stop the RiDE App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click RiDE app. » click "Force Stop".

Update RiDE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RiDE App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "RiDE app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch RiDE.

Fix RiDE unable to contact server/ RiDE internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click RiDE » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got RiDE » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RiDE on android.
