How is it the developers figure these new tweaks enhance LeadPerfectionSalesman ? This is an app we have to use as a company all day and yet we have to login every third time it doesn’t use Face ID or automatic login, next the contrast is terrible

Why does our company use LP ?
In order to navigate LeadPerfectionSalesman you have to press 4 to 5 buttons to put in the right input for example to make a phone call instead of just pressing the phone and calling you have to press four buttons to get to where you can make the call

Logs me out and won’t let me back in. I have to get someone from my company to reset it. I wish these guys would hurry up and go about it business so we didn’t have to use their garbage app any longer.

When you click the address on a lead it goes to Apple Maps which says “route can’t be shown because of a problem connecting with the server “ and of course there is no option to change default or use google maps so it has to be entered manually. Tested while connected to CarPlay same problem. Worked for years when I had android phone and more recently on my iPhone but when I had to reload this one on the iPhone it had different look and the best function, automatic mapping by clicking address , is broken. App is useless to me without that feature as all other features and functionality are much easier with full functionality to use on the website. 😩
I’ll update my review if it ever gets fixed.

Once a sale is defined there is no access to anything other than uploading pics. When a customer calls to change anything, there is no way to view the details that are needed to help the customer on the spot. I also cannot stand that it rounds up the price to the whole dollar.

WORST APP IV EVER USED! LOGS ME OUT EVERYTIME!!

I’m forced to use LeadPerfectionSalesman by my company - what a pain in the a##. It repeatedly locks up with that insidious spinning circle and I’m forced to turn off my phone to reset it. I have literally waited 24 hours to have it reset on its own without success. Fix LeadPerfectionSalesman , please!!!!

The most recent update is horrible. When I click on the day to pull up the appointments it takes forever—it just scrolls and scrolls. Also when I click on the address, it will go to the map app but will not link to the address directions

Ever since the update app is not working correctly takes forever to load and then send you back to the beginning again. Become a crappy app

The new update using Apple Maps does not work. The address opens a link to Apple Maps with an incorrect location and requires a person to manually type in the information. The previous version used google maps and we never had an issue. PLEASE RESOLVE!!

So the company that sends us leads does so through LeadPerfectionSalesman. However, we don’t have a large volume of leads yet. It would be awesome if there was a simple notification that would alert you of an appointment was set. So far, not impressed due to this simple feature not being available.

****PLEASE FIX BADGE ALERTS AND SOUNDS!! Already missed several appts...Badge and sound alerts don’t work. Also like someone else mentioned would be nice if address opened in Apple Maps instead of google.

App is good. For iPhone, please make the address open in maps instead of online. Will give 5 stars when that happens.

LeadPerfectionSalesman was blank so I logged out. No I can't log back in l. Showing an error. I deleted LeadPerfectionSalesman and reinstalled it but still get the same error.

Why does it only show MTD stats? Not last month, not year to date? First of the month and you have no reference of your history.

I like the GUI update, but it’s still a little bit buggy. I got the spinning wheel of death at the login screen, and it would not move from there. I close LeadPerfectionSalesman and re-opened it and it opened right up to the same spot, and would not load to log me in.

Great job by Bob and company and RJR putting this together. It's the best way for our sales reps to quickly access their leads, track jobs status and review their statistics.

Nicely built and very user friendly....very easy to navigate to my appointments....

Great app for issuance and tracking of leads. This is not intended to be a full CRM. This isn’t a full job management application or Salesforce but great for home improvement sales tracking.

So much easier now on my iPhone, thank you.
