User reports:
No current problems

- Migration map is awful and crashes frequently on iPads and iPhones

- Limited reports for season numbers and difficulty in accessing old reports

- App crashes when choosing a bird to identify

- Unable to post hunting logs or view reports

- Glitches in the "My Journal" feature, including inability to delete entries and incorrect group count

- Error message when attempting to save journal entries

- Alaska is not included in the app's locations page, despite being a significant location for waterfowl breeding.

To resolve Ducks Unlimited network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Ducks Unlimited App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ducks Unlimited » click [Force Stop]

Clear Ducks Unlimited App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ducks Unlimited » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ducks Unlimited.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ducks Unlimited » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ducks Unlimited » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ducks Unlimited
