Close and restart the Athletes Unlimited app on iPhone
Update Athletes Unlimited app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Athletes Unlimited iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Athletes Unlimited on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Athletes Unlimited network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Athletes Unlimited not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Athletes Unlimited App
1. On android, goto Settings » Athletes Unlimited » click [Force Stop]

Update Athletes Unlimited to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Athletes Unlimited App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Athletes Unlimited » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Athletes Unlimited.

Fix Athletes Unlimited unable to contact server/ Athletes Unlimited internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Athletes Unlimited » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Athletes Unlimited » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Athletes Unlimited
