Might be an isolated or local thing but TWICE I set up a ride through Allocab when in Nice. Both times Allocab, after about 20 minutes informed no driver was coming and refused to refund the cab fare. Twice was enough for me. Deleted app and used Uber.
Paris. 22h15 dans le 15e. Allocab indique qu’il y a 2 voitures à 5-6 minutes de mon adresse. Je réserve. Le chauffeur qui m’est attribué est à 10 minutes. J’attends. Plusieurs minutes. Je vérifie la carte d’AllOcab : mon chauffeur est maintenant à Saint-Cloud à 14 minutes de chez moi ?? Quelques minutes plus tard, il semble être maintenant à 17 minutes chez moi ?? J’essaye de téléphoner, il ne décroche pas. Je descends dans la rue à tout hasard, j’attends encore 5 minutes, il n’arrive pas. Le chauffeur ne décroche toujours pas son téléphone. 20 minutes après la commande, j’annule la course. Je suis arnaquée de 15 €. Plus jamais Allocab!!!

Very poor service! I ordered and paid for business class ride from CDG to destination in Paris. The driver was very late, and arrived with a broken car (not business) and was very rude! All the calls to the company that we made were ignored. Avoid doing business with them!
