The app is not stable, errors occur regularly. Sometimes it even freezes for no reason.
Besides, every transfer is charged unreasonably. Transferring to another VCB bank account used to be free for a short time only.
Bad service for such a big4 bank in Vietnam. Not recommend

Couldn't login showing error. Making too complicated steps to register but only showing error on the app even receiving txt normally via mobile

Very bad app. Can’t make any transactions whatsoever. Can’t even recognize any bank account number. Wasted of time. Just don’t install it.
