Dear Etisalat Misr,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the lack of balance I am experiencing. I have previously subscribed to internet and call packages, however despite this, I have been noticing that my remaining balance has been decreasing unexpectedly without my knowledge. I believe this is occurring unjustly and I would be extremely appreciative if Etisalat Misr can help me to resolve this issue and restore my balance. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I have traveled to Egypt and ask for Etisalat sim card in order to contact my family over WhatsApp, but couldn’t, I have received all SMSs over Arabic language, which couldn’t understand nor a guide to change the language, overall I’m not satisfied with Etisalat services, and recommend you DO NOT BUY ETISALAT SIM CARD AT ALL !

On one hand, I have no idea how I got to be trapped into subscribing for things that I don’t use through the app such as Etisalat music and something called Etisalat premium. On the other hand I t’s almost impossible to unsubscribe.
