I have to change my password every stinking time I try to login. It doesn’t take the password I clearly remember and correctly type, so I always have to click on forgot password. Not user friendly at all

I have had the app for months now. It has never worked. If i try to do the “assessment” it fails after question 4 or 6 and will not complete. Useless for something that should be really helpful.
