We are using GR for our companies health challenge and we received a promo email to download this “app” to add our activity minutes on the go. This is the worst “app” I’ve ever seen. It just launches their website in Safari. You have to go through 4 menus to even get to the point of adding minutes. Horrible. Build a real app and add HealthKit integration so activity syncs automatically.
GuidanceNow is just a web link that is BROKEN!!! It’s empty and useless. Waste of time and space. I can’t believe the company has left it like this for so long!
App is just a web link and to boot the submit button doesn't work when attempting to log exercise minutes. Didn't work last year either and reported the issue. They nor Apple does nothing about it. Stuck with this company though because if I don't use them to log healthy activity I'm charged hundreds more for my health insurance... good luck!
App is unuseable
Can't do anything before it logs me out.

Links to the articles are all dead. No audio on the videos. Completely useless app.
Literally nothing in GuidanceNow works. It’s completely useless.
Tapping an article for assistance with any matter just opens a blank page within GuidanceNow . Useless.
GuidanceNow is great in theory but it can’t open any pages to the resources I needed. I tried clicking around in all the pages and got the same error message. Sad.
Login in, click on article, start to read , 1 minute later, pop up ‘click ok to continue’ logout about to expire due to inactivity, click ok. Back to logon screen.

GuidanceNow logs off by itself after being active on GuidanceNow for < 1 minute. Terrible that it can't keep track of session length and user activity.
A modal pops up with the submit button below the screen’s ability to see.
I can cancel but i can’t actually make the Appt
Just trying to find someone to talk to. Go through the questions just to get a prompt to call 911 for emergency help. Can’t find help.
Tried to set up account and it kept freezing. Tried several times and gave up. This is supposed to be an employee benefit, but it’s a dead end.
I have had GuidanceNow for months now. It has never worked. If i try to do the “assessment” it fails after question 4 or 6 and will not complete. Useless for something that should be really helpful.
I have to change my password every stinking time I try to login. It doesn’t take the password I clearly remember and correctly type, so I always have to click on forgot password. Not user friendly at all
My father is older and getting forgetful. From GuidanceNow , I was able to call in and get some great help.
Long overdue but very welcomed. Clean, uncluttered and visually pleasing. So easy to find things now. Love the Ondemand videos!!
GuidanceNow has come a long way and does a grab job of portraying all that ComPsych GuidanceResources has to offer. The program is fantastic and provides amazing resources to all of us employees!
