Can’t create a new account

A friend recommended EATClub to. But there is no place to create a new account. So...pass.

Absolute garbage like the food they serve.

Does not support apple pay. Made by toddlers, again like the food that is served. If you ever wondered “would I eat unappetising looking food?”, this app is for you, you’ll find out soon enough! Beyond that, locking up orders at 1pm for next day is silly, and not being able to order over weekend for Monday, cause cutoff is Friday 1pm, is utterly ridiculous.

Can’t paste password

I manage my passwords with one of those apps and the passwords get generated and are long and random. No way to paste one in when trying to log in. Fail! I’m not going to attempt to type it in every time, so getting rid of EATClub .

Food's disgusting

It's like they buy microwave tv dinners and sell them to other startup companies for a higher cost on subscription basis for the sake of margins. No thanks, I would rather bring my own home cooked lunch and/or leftovers that eat this free pile of garbage...

Communication failure

After logging in, all I get is an error saying unable to retrieve menu date.

I’m on iPhone SE. iOS 12.

Sorting broken in 4.5.7

The sorting of the menu does not work anymore after the update 4.5.7. Need it!

Food is nasty

They claim their food is cooked by restaurants but it does not taste anything like restaurant quality. I can’t imagine a restaurant still in business that would make food like this. Try to avoid meat entrees! Their meat is always so stiff. One time I was cutting their steak au poivre my knife even snapped in half. If their meats are so dry and hard they should think about switching out plastic utensils.
Besides food quality they mix up orders quite often. Their whole process seems unorganized. Many others have also complained about their bad customer service.

This app blows

My company is using this plastic manufacturer’s app to schedule food intake and I’m sick of all the unrecyclable inefficient plastic waste they push on us.

Doesn't work

Can't sign in with a Google account

Involuntary fasting app

If you like unexpectedly missing meals, get EATClub.

Worst corporate catering app ever

Worst corporate catering app ever

Slow, inconsistent, and odd to operate

- most thumbnails fail to load on list menu
- after ordering a meal, you sit at the summary page, and you need two more clicks to get back to ordering. Am I the only one who order 5 days worth of meals in a row?
- if you're at the end of list for Monday menu, go to Tuesday and you will be brought to end of list. Position memory need to be fixed
- feels slow on an iphone 5, like a web app than a native app, clicking on any item takes many seconds to bring out details.
- lacking the add rating function. While having my meal is the perfect time to give feedback.

Notifications settings do not work

I disabled notifications in the settings and I still receiving this annoying “don’t forget to order” notification.

Overall EATClub is much better after redesign.

Lacking a bit detailed filtering: e.g. sometimes I’d like to select only meals with meat or opposite.

Once u fix the bug with notification settings I update the review score. Thanks

UI Issue

Fix the UI issue with iPhone 13 Pro

Responsive, simple interface

The eat club service works well although some of the voices are a bit pricey and the hot food is never hot enough by the time I get it.

EATClub is simple, but functional and handles orders well. I wish they would add a swipe gesture for checking flipping through the calendar because the current menu is awkward.

Also some thing about the order interface makes it prone to missing the last submit necessary to actual order.

This app is easy to use!

I like the fact that I can order food from my phone without having to go back to my desk, log in and do the long process.

The thing I would change is being able to mark my "favorites" on the screen where the the menu items are so my favs are always handy in case they come up as menu items.

I do like EATClub (and food) very much!

Useful app, until the recent upgrade

The recent app update will not run properly on my iPod 4, which is running iOS 6.1.6, even though it installed OK. It just continually crashes on start-up. I’ve tried clearing it from the recently used apps list, too, but that makes no difference. So sad, I can no longer book lunches from my iPod, now I have to go to a computer.

Lost my notification

I have been using EATClub since beta, and now that the login is remembered this release is working pretty well for me. However, I used to get iPhone notifications and no longer do. I checked my iPhone settings, and everything is enabled. If you turned notifications off, please put them back on.

Also, I noticed if I order on the website, EATClub doesn't know about it. It would be great if it listed all of my orders.

Best Food App

The only enterprise grade food app and service on the market. Top notch.

Interesting Upgrade

I've using eat club for around 5 years (and the iOS app for the majority) so I wasn't sure about the update but once I got used to it I really appreciate the clarity of "have I ordered for today" and "which office is it being delivered too", so good job on improving the really convenient app based way of ordering.

p.s. I thought I wanted to sort the menu in different ways but the Standard sort still just makes sense, what I really wanted was a filter to ignore all those healthy salads!
