I made a mistake and ordered the wrong food. That is my mistake. However I tried to correct the order and they wouldn't help me. They did however canceled my order. This made me think I'd get a refund. However they literally just canceled the order and wouldn't provide a refund. So instead of getting the wrong food they just took my money and gave me no food. This is a terrible service and not worthy of the memory in my phone. Buyer beware. Maybe try one of the other thousand food delivery services out there.

Update- the head is customer service reached out to me and asked for information and offered a refund. I emailed them and then never heard back. This review stands because it is accurate.

I am never one to write a review but ClubFeast is the absolute worst. 0 stars if I could. In the delivery address, you cannot add your apt number, which apparently that’s reserved for the delivery method section. And if you didn’t know that initially, there’s no way to edit or change your address, or even review what you had initially wrote in the delivery method. I contacted their support app and they deleted my address on the backend but then I couldn’t delete my existing order (with the incorrect address) because ClubFeast could no longer find the order even though it was clearly showing and they wouldn’t/couldn’t do it on their end because it was an issue they never experienced before. The response on the support app was slow and subpar. Also, don’t bother contacting the support app through your phone browser…if you switch away from it to take a screenshot of ClubFeast error, the conversation disconnects and you may have to start all over.

Tried out ClubFeast after seeing it on Tik Tok. I placed my first order to get myself dinner. I ordered around 10am with a delivery window of 6:30pm-8pm. I get a text message from support at 5pm saying that the restaurant I ordered from is unable to fulfill my order. Support said they were able to confirm an order with a different restaurant for me and would provide me with an eta when they received one from the restaurant. I was never provided an eta and no food was ever delivered to me tonight. I ordered through Club Feast because I didn’t have any groceries in the house and now I have nothing to feed myself for dinner and support is not responding to my text messages. AWFUL first “order” experience. Beware because you may not get anything when you place an order through ClubFeast.

This is the second time the same driver has asked me to cross a busy main city street to get my food from their vehicle. I canceled my order because I was waiting at the front door and not dressed to run across Valencia to their car. I also didn’t feel comfortable because this is the second time it was requested of me. I informed the driver and Club Feast of my issue with this. I also pointed out to Club Feast that their advertisement says to the front door and nowhere does it say to meet with driver at their vehicle. this app refused to credit me AND had the audacity to send me a message stating the meal had been delivered. I checked our cameras to see and that message was an absolute lie. The customer service was extremely rude.

The deliveries rarely come within the window they state and charge you for.

I’m gonna start off by saying this is a great app idea, and it seems to reduce the cost of eating food in the city. However there are so many problems… 1. The UI and UX is a bit rough and slow (I’m on the 13 pro max so I know it’s not the device). 2. For some reason there’s no option to save your apartment number on both the order or my address… 3. It doesn’t seem like there’s an easy way to save my credit card information so that I can re-order again. Also - Why is there no option to use Apple Pay. 4. You should store first and last name on the account info, so I don’t have to put it on each order I make. Also, for some reason it constantly says “Guest User” but when I look at my account, it has all of my information there. Save my phone number on my account so it can auto-populate too… I don’t like haven’t to re-input all of the same info over and over. This turns me too to wanting to use this. This could really be an awesome app, but there are a lot of improvements that need to be made before I use it as my go-to for food ordering.

It worked! I ordered a family meal and it was awesome. You can't customize your order but that makes sense and didn't bother me. Three full size Indian food dishes with rice and dumplings for $27 and free delivery because I chose the widest delivery window. The family meal is a really smart idea and I will definitely do that again IF they add more VEGETARIAN family meal options. I added an extra dish, separate from the family meal, but they forgot that. NBD that happens with other apps often too. I'd love to see more restaurants and more vegetarian options soon. ClubFeast itself is clunky, sparse, and I think it'd be better to have an idea of where the driver is.

I’ve been using Club Feast for a few months now. I highly recommend it if it’s available in your area—it’s a no-brainer, cheap food delivered for less than if you buy the same thing in a restaurant and pick it up yourself. The delivery times are great, pretty much always on time, super nice drivers, and there is a good selection of food options in San Francisco, even for vegans/vegetarians. One star off for the UI, it’s a little clunky. But overall Club Feast is great and I hope to see more restaurants on it in the future.

I tried the Club Feast when I lived back in San Francisco and thought it was a cool idea with great price point and a solid selection of my favorite restaurants. I just played around with their app and it’s definitely a big improvement over the experience needing to use a website for food ordering! I paused my account when I moved to Chicago the past few months but excited to start using it when I get back to San Francisco in July!

Wow gone are the days of paying $20 for a lukewarm meal that takes forever to arrive.

Used this for the first time and it's tremendously affordable, easy to use, food comes fast and fresh, tons of options. It perfectly fits my use case of knowing I don't have food in the fridge the day before so I know ahead time I need to order something for the next day's lunch or dinner.

There are some useability issues in my opinion but no dealbreakers for me. For example,

* I wish I could search by individual restaurants instead of by dishes from restaurants. Its a bit of a hassle trying to parse through all the different options.

* the scrolling is a little laggy. Sometimes you start in the middle of the page

* the dietary restriction symbols cover the name of the restaurant in the UI

As a person that doesn’t really have time to take breaks for lunch, the hassle of going through countless options in the multitude of delivery apps that exist nowadays is something that I need to avoid to take advantage of the limited time I have.
Thankfully Club Feast takes care of that hassle by allowing me to schedule my meals beforehand and make sure they are delivered to the office promptly and when I need them without having to waste the time which I use to do more productive activities.

Thank you Club Feast! A friend told me about it a few months back, ClubFeast was a bit slow and clunky when I first used it, it’s miles better now making a lot easier to use. Rating by dishes is super helpful, definitely tried new places and new dishes, a lot easier to try when it doesn’t cost you $50 to feed two like other delivery services. Delivery experience has been good so far, again also seeing it improve. Nice to see them evolve and hopefully they can continue adding restaurants and options. The 45 minutes delivery windows are great , less variance than on demand. I find it particularly useful for lunch as Uber eats only allows to place an order after the restaurant is open, so half the time I end up ordering too late.
It’s just nice to not worry about lunch throughout the week and weekday dinner and have them delivered without breaking the bank!
Getting my family good food for $30 or so for the family is a steal!

The selection is good and they are much cheaper than UberEats and DoorDash. However ClubFeast needs work. For example, if you open a chat with the support staff, it disconnects if you exit ClubFeast or switch to another app. This is not 1999. The session should stay open in the background regardless of what I am doing.

That being said the idea of this app is amazing.
I want them to be successful because the mainstream delivery apps are ripoffs. this app is the only one out there trying to minimize costs for the consumer.

I saw an ad for club feast so decided to give it a go. Ordering ahead isn’t really an issue for me, actually is more like a plus given my schedule (I have lunch anytime between 11-1 and dinner 6-7 6 days a week), and not going outside to grab food or preparing it is a big time saver (and I hate doing the dishes ). Ordered Thai food for 2, ended up being around $20 for the order, wayyyyy cheaper than the $40 or so I spend on doordash for something similar. Portion size was the same and the food was great. There is no live tracking but you get a 10 minute window ETA text and my food fell in that range. Now starting to use it for work lunches (for myself and my team ).
The restaurants are mostly 4 and 4.5 stars on yelp, so seems like they do a good job curating dishes on the platform. They don’t have many side dishes but I see them adding a few here and there, hope that continues.
All in all, when something that I thought is going to be too good to be true works out, I’m very pleased.

So happy I saw your ins ads and gave it a try. I’m impressed by the quality of food coming from its low price and neat delivery. I saw some complaints in advance about food pre made too long before the delivery, but my first order with this app was perfect! The food is fresh, the temperature is still hot, and in the exact portion as how I usually expect from similar restaurants. Would definitely recommend to my friends! And hopefully you guys can keep up this quality of service when growing your business:)

I have always been cautionary when it comes to food delivery apps, thinking that the quality provided is lacklustre when compared to the real deal at the restaurant. Club Feast, changed that. You get what you pay for and so much more! The flexibility that ClubFeast provides for ordering both lunch and dinner from a wide variety of options means that I can prioritise other things other than food, but still get to enjoy it all the same. I believe that Club Feast is the best option for food delivery, and seeing as the just started taking of, I can only see things getting better

My boyfriend and I ordered for the week because it was going to be a crazy week and the last thing we wanted to do was cook. We had our meals delivered from Monday- Thursday. Of the 4 days getting our meals delivered, Wednesday was a little late. We were fine with it because we were told ahead of time our meal would be 10min late due to traffic (understandable). Honestly if it was late (without the heads up) I’d probably be annoyed but the heads up didn’t make it a big deal. It was such a peace of mind knowing I didn’t have to plan anything for dinner last minute or go out to eat. Really loved this and we’ll be using it again. Thanks!

I started using club feast about a month ago because I saw just salad. I like to have a salad for lunch most days, but it was ridiculous how much I was paying to get one delivered with other food delivery apps. Like it literally cost more to get one salad delivered than what groceries for the whole week could have been.

During the work week, I’m pretty busy, but it just didn’t feel right paying so much for a salad. Low and behold, my friend referred me to club feast and boom. Sure, I could order from a few more places, in other apps, but the peace of mind of knowing I have a healthy lunch coming each day and that I don’t have to feel guilty about the price is so worth it.

To be clear, my first order was delivered outside my time window which sucked. Their customer service team was very helpful and so I gave them another shot. Second time was solid. It was until my third time that it clicked, when I realized how much I was saving that week and the food just showed up (crazy day of work and I honestly would have forgotten to eat otherwise)

Overall, I like the food and appreciate that they’re going through some growing pains. Oh and the price is the best!

Can't explain how many times I ordered delivery from other apps that at the end likely will pay double if not more for the dish to get to my door. As much as I love to support my local restaurants, using doordash or uber their dishes become way too expensive from what its worth in my head. Who actually wants to spend close to 30 bucks 1 fried chicken meal?? With Club Feast, I can order my favorite food without the outrageous fees charged to me. I can likely get that same fried chicken meal at a similar price I would pay at their restaurant with more of my "fees" going towards the delivery driver. They are the people who deserve the extra money IMO. Although I see some bugs time to time within ClubFeast , they tend to get fixed sooner than later and for me, Club Feast tackles my main objective with helping obtain quality food for a budget that I can afford regularly!

It’s cool to be able to order delivery for $10-12 a person with all the fees. They have a good selection of options including many cuisines. They also have healthy options like salads. They are a new startup so they keep adding more options. You have to order a few hours ahead to get this special pricing. That’s how they make it work.

They don’t charge small order fee which is nice if you are one person and want to order one meal for yourself. You will only pay delivery fee which is waived if you choose a 90 min window instead of a 45 min window. The tip options are not high: around $2 for one meal order and $3-4 for more meals.

Most deliveries happen on time but sometimes they can be a bit late like once every 10 times so not too bad. Their communication is very good and smooth. You get eta texts throughout the delivery so you know what’s going on and when to expect the delivery.

The drivers are very nice and you can contact them anytime. They used to deliver to lobby but now they drop off to the apartment which is nice to see and more convenient.

It is nice to have such an app especially in these difficult times! Helping local restaurants is critical for their survival and it’s nice they care about the well being of their restaurants!

The only downside is you cannot customize your meals but the selection is very wide so you have many options to choose from!

Honestly, I had low expectations because of the price point. Chose my first meal from the popular carousel and was blown away! Literally the same thing I get from ubereats but was like half the price.

I have had some hit and miss deliveries, but frankly it’s fine as I know I need to eat lunch. I work remotely and sometimes actually forget about lunch until my club feast shows up. Have started using for dinner more now that I can do same-day ordering. Love not having to do dishes though I still cook when I host people

Can’t recommend ClubFeast enough! Has changed my life and I’ve referred all my friends!!

I’m so glad I came across club feast and even more excited that they finally launched an app!! It’s so convenient that I can order the food in advance, because sometimes I don’t have time during the day to order. Also they have amazing prices for such good quality food! 2 thumbs up. :)

Club Feast has recently moved from online to ClubFeast, which is so much better IMO, much more convenient and handy for ordering. They are growing fast, so they currently don’t deliver to every zipcode (I’m in the Bay Area) but with their fast growth that should be resolved soon.

I order delivery all the time and I am so glad that I found Club Feast! I am able to save money (even with the extra fees) and get food delivered to my apartment! Not every meal is a hit but there are some really good finds on the platform! Really recommend!

Meal was great! We ordered from Hunan wings and the food arrived as promised, on time and still warm. I also like the fact that you can preorder, as a family of four and working mom I can pick our meals over the weekend and not have to bother about them during the week when I’m running around like crazy, it gives me more time to focus on other things. And of course, no washing up which is my favorite part. All in all a really good idea!

The menu selection is great and it is a very convenient and cost effective way to order meals. It really changed how I eat everyday. In stead of spending my time going to the convenience store, I am able to order from many local restaurants around me and have it delivered to me daily. The price is affordable and the delivery always arrives on time. It’s a great find for people who want to make their daily food ordering simple and easier.

Ordering food today can be so overpriced and while the convenience is awesome, it isn’t sustainable. Club Feast changes that and allows you to order affordable, delicious meals without breaking your bank. Just order in advance and the rest is taking care of!
