I own a bar in Houston Texas and have been using BarClubStatsIDScanner for about two years and is a great tool to help prevent underage drinking in the use of fake IDs. We routinely pick off about five take IDs and night. All of our bartenders have it on their phones for weekdays when we don’t have a doorman. I also subscribe to the online data statistics. Also with my Facebook marketing. It also helps me keep my staff and check.

If I only see 20 IDs scabbard on a Wednesday night I know my staff is not doing their job. I pay for them to use the ID scanner and if they are not using it, they definitely hear from me.

I can also confidently say their tech-support is amazing. We had to update our credit card info and cannot figure out how to do it. We placed a call and was quickly taken care of. They are in New York’s and on Eastern standard time, but answered late at night.

I can confidently say that this is a great tool for any thing it says alcohol, tobacco and marijuana. There’s no need to take guess about whether an ID is real. Get a legal record of it. I now know everyone who I do business with. There was a fight last year and we could easily narrow it down to the people who enter any certain time, and find those people.

Be smart and proactive. Don’t wait into you serve a minor to get all the scanner. I hope all Houston bars use this service.

We used this software to check IDs at our town festival. Serving alcohol was a first for us so we needed to ensure that there were no mistakes.

The BCS software worked flawlessly and provided valuable statistics that will help with planning and promoting our next event.

The time stamp feature was especially helpful in tracking the one hour wait time before a customer could purchase a second wrist band.

BarClubStatsIDScanner is wack. I went to a local restaurant and attempted to order a beer. They said my ID was out of state and needed to scan it. They used BarClubStatsIDScanner to scan my REAL ID and it kept coming up as fake. I had my ID renewed in February and also had the expired one too. I showed both as proof that it’s not a fake and that I just got it renewed. My old one came up as expired and the new renewed one as a fake.

I think that BarClubStatsIDScanner is very unreliable and that it is crazy to me that a 22 year old is being marked as underage while fakes are being marked as “of age.” It is also crazy how every time I go to this place I basically have to take my passport with me.

I called the DMV about this for the state of NJ but the scanners and the DMV are not related at all and that the DMV has issued me a real ID.

BarClubStatsIDScanner is literally a buzz kill and should not be used by any bar or restaurant that wants an accurate representation of which IDs are real and which are fake.

BarClubStatsIDScanner is pretty solid! For individuals who have Fake ID can certainly test it on BarClubStatsIDScanner to determine whether it will work . Fact of the matter is that the manufacturers of Fake ID took their game up a notch producing ID’s that will pass the scan.

On the other hand, I certainly understand how this may be a problem for some businesses for it is a liability/violation.

BarClubStatsIDScanner works! But be cautious for it will show some fake IDs as valid .

It worked fine for about an hour, then stoppped letting me scan, and said I must register. When I went to put my email in to register, it kept saying “service not available”. My email absolutely works, and I’ve used it for more than a decade, my email was right. I even tried two other real, working email addresses and it was the same thing. I deleted and redownloaded BarClubStatsIDScanner , but that didn’t work.

Still can’t scan, and can’t register. Completely useless app now.

I purchased a monthly subscription and immediately after my purchase BarClubStatsIDScanner stopped scanning as it did during the free trial. I tried several times to figure out the issue and eventually cancelled the subscription altogether. I requested a refund within 30 days of purchase per their return policy, and they still refused to refund me despite the fact that the services purchased were never received. Terms and conditions and return policy are intentionally misleading and contradictory to one another for the company’s benefit.

Having major problems with billing support. They have been mistakenly charging me a monthly fee twice a month for the past 14 months and they refuse to issue me a refund so I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. They claim that the problem lies with their credit card processing company but that excuse does not help get me a refund. I have been trying to get a refund for the past 6 months and they basically say their hands are tied. Terrible customer service.

Tried BarClubStatsIDScanner out and from the get go it responded solidly with each and every use. Compatible with the newest iOS software, no glitching, no crashing, no issues. Will definitely recommend to every bar owner, nightclub owner, even can see this being useful in any place that sells anything with age restrictions.

BarClubStatsIDScanner used to be great at detecting fake id’s from valid ones but as of lately, I’ll have real id’s show up as fake on BarClubStatsIDScanner . We have regular customers who are clearly of age however with state policy we still need to scan id’s and they’ll come up at as invalid. If it wasn’t for us knowing them we would have turned away customers. BarClubStatsIDScanner is not the most reliable and while it still works it needs an update. Used to work awesome!

It does just as much as I need it to however It would be significantly better if the developers would allow me to see the status bar with the battery and time up top, as well as SPLIT SCREEN MODE so I can use it on the same tablet as OpenTable instead of having to use two devices

BarClubStatsIDScanner says it was updated a week ago. But it feels like it is a dead app. I scanned my id and it just gives me a loud noise. I’m assuming it means I’m under age. Which I’m not. Tried to register device but can’t do that. Get an error message about sending them an in app support message. But can’t find that option. I use to have an account. But it would not let me activate the scanner. Don’t wast your time.

I’ve been using Bar & Club Stats for years now, but the recent update has made it even easier and faster! I would highly recommend to any bar, restaurant, venue or event space.

BarClubStatsIDScanner is great and the customer support is fantastic I recommend BarClubStatsIDScanner to anyone who needs to scan ids I use this in a college setting and it picks out fake ids with ease and makes our job so much easier.

I am 20 and my friend is 19 we used this to see if our fakes would work and it came up valid. If you have a fake and a bar or club uses BarClubStatsIDScanner you are 110% getting in

We are a busy NYC bar and have been this ID scanner for about four years. IT IS GREAT!

It helps keep tabs on banned/VIP patrons so we treat them accordingly. It also is great at detecting fake IDs. We always update BarClubStatsIDScanner when new fakes come out.

We have recommended BarClubStatsIDScanner to lots of bars, and we see it all over the city. It is much better than just visually checking an ID.

The police like that we use it too. That is always a good thing!

They need to remove this update, I’ve been owning and operating clubs In nyc for over 10 years now and I’ve never had the issues I’m having now. I’m having customers come in with their REAL IDS and BarClubStatsIDScanner is scanning them as fake. Terminating my subscription with them until this is resolved absolutely ridiculous.

There are a lot of better options out there because yes this one will catch fake ids but it also says customers who are very obviously of age have a fake id. The margin for losing customers to keeping underage kids out is terrible. Immediately deleted.

Bad news is the expensive fake ids will say ok but they will pass almost any scanner. Good news is BarClubStatsIDScanner records the info and helps you prove you carded them to reduce liability.

BarClubStatsIDScanner knows how to catch fakes really well. Would give it 6 stars if I could!

BarClubStatsIDScanner is awesome and I love it as a business owner. But not so much for guys who try to get an alcohol drink with a fake or an expired ID. Sorry guys. Lol

Super easy to use. Signed up after ten free scans. Already caught six fake IDs. Lots of other bars in Dallas are using it too.

Downloaded hoping it would be a great tool when in doubt but in a trial we scanned 10 IDs we knew were fake and only 2 came up as fake with BarClubStatsIDScanner . The other 8 fakes scanned as real and valid I would rely or depend on BarClubStatsIDScanner for accurate info.

Easy to set up and use. Scan ID correctly.
