How to fix SailFlow app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SailFlow app on iPhone
Update SailFlow app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SailFlow iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SailFlow on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SailFlow network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SailFlow Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SailFlow not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SailFlow App
1. On android, goto Settings » SailFlow » click [Force Stop]

Update SailFlow to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SailFlow App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SailFlow » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SailFlow.

Fix SailFlow unable to contact server/ SailFlow internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SailFlow » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SailFlow » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SailFlow
