My PC Window 10 opens with Sailflow Pro borders, heading, and footer, but blank/black screen with the notation "Loading", never loads. Opens on Samsung Win 10 tablet and Samsung android phone.

Forcast map comes on screen but no forcast details when area selected?

Window opens with Sailflow borders, heading, and footer, but blank/black screen instead of map and stations. Trying to open first time on new Windows 10 Pro system.

The app opens but no station reports are shown. It has been two days. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but the same thing happens.

I am no longer receiving long-range wind predictions.
