I cant download the app, i cant find it in the app store and when i tried to access from google it says not available for your region which is weird because everyone i know has it

i cant go pass the log in page, it's said to try again. i really love this app, i really wanna use it again. please fix this bug as soon as possible.

The app was great, had all the functionality I needed. Recently upgraded to a new phone with android 13, and the app doesn't work anymore. I can't get past the log in page, any option I try returns the same message "try again". Very disappointing considering how much I liked this app. Hope it gets fixed soon with school coming up.

Whenever I customizing my class up wallpaper it always closes, I’ve been using it since 2018 and I already experience this twice I hope you fix it

Everytime I want to add clash the apps crash. Said that "optimising classup. crash occured, now reloading. please wait few seconds.". It happens since a month ago and every time I wanna add the class, it keeps happening.

How to fix ClassUp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ClassUp app on iPhone
Update ClassUp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ClassUp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ClassUp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ClassUp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ClassUp Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ClassUp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ClassUp App
1. On android, goto Settings » ClassUp » click [Force Stop]

Update ClassUp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ClassUp App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ClassUp » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ClassUp.

Fix ClassUp unable to contact server/ ClassUp internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ClassUp » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ClassUp » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ClassUp
