I am so annoyed! I just upgraded to a new shababiah using OoredooOman , i paid using my card and while processing my payment OoredooOman just crashed and my bank account was charged! I called their call center and they can’t do anything on their behalf. Application is very slow! They could’ve done better.

app doesn't even start up, i was on a stable version, wanted to renew my monthly data plan, got notified that i have to update OoredooOman so i updated it 🤷🏻‍♂️. there used to be codes that we’d dial and subscribe to plans but no, you guys had to make life difficult and complicate everything under the sun.

OoredooOman suddenly stoped working on my iphone 6!
No problems previously, just suddenly starts scrolling on the screen and a message: No internet connection

Frustrating and call centre not able to resolve

Has a lot of issues regarding the auto renewal, this one dose automatic renewal without notice even if you don’t need it, I suggest to cancel all autrenewal from the application it self because if you did it one time you can’t remove it or forget to remove it will take your money directly toward old plan that you have been used before whenever you Credit your phone with prepaid Card right way with out giving you chance to chose what service you want.,,

Every time i try to renew my plan there is a problem where they take money from my account but never activate the plan i payed for and an error message shows up. Fix this ooreedoo! You have terrible customer service! This is unacceptable.

OoredooOman has so many bugs. The useful use of OoredooOman is to pay with debit card online, but I don't know how this bug stepped in. I wonder if you even tested the update before launch since there is no other way to pay with debit from home other than thus app. Please hot fix this asap.

I have been trying to make a payment through your app since august 2021 until today sept 10 , 2021 and OoredooOman payment is not working . I tried calling but getting no help .

The fact that it just tells me my plan ends on a day like 29 but doesnt tell me the time is just useless.. so technically i have to use the wifi carefully not to lose my credit.. Aswell i spent 5 rials to recharge my number and had 5.5 rials in total. I got the free GB and at some point i finished it but there was no message no warning no nothing.. i lost my 5.5 rials and no matter how many times i complain through OoredooOman there is no response at all. Its so sad to see the company controlled by the government.. wait everything is controlled by the government in this country and yet there is no change. Everything in this country is about money such greedy people. If you guys cared about the customers for once maybe things will be better but in Oman its all about survival of the rich.. no one else can do anything about it.

Good application but recently i got subscribed in some weekly plan with out taking conformation from me by SMS i do unsubscribe but they charge me for a cancellation also
Also I received another’s subscription for weekly plan
I tried to call the call center but most of the option for automatic answer

I like OoredooOman so much better than going to gas stations every 3 days.
I would recommend to have an option to be able to cancel a plan before the deadline so the next plan could be renewed.

The card information doesn’t save even I click in save information !!!

Thanks ooredoo , I like the fact I can use OoredooOman for many self services instead of calling the call center or visiting the store.

Most of the time unfortunately your app is not working for unknown reasons , and the recent example was yesterday .

Also your call center is too complicated to reach and speak to the duty person there .

It is very important to improve your app and also your call center systems by giving these tasks to a qualified company which could be from outside OOREDOO to examine the real problem of your app and the call center and then rectified it !

It's like 95% of the time oops something went wrong the other 5% is good u really have to solve the crashing problem and it will be 💯

Very poor application, we have been updating OoredooOman so many times, I dont know why. Additionally application is not working properly

OoredooOman had its rough times but it has changed to the best and I like it very much it’s really smooth and easy to use and I would recommend it very much

User Interface is intuitive and easy to navigate

Always crashes or fails payments especially in the new shababiah section. Details not visible. Every radio button shows OOPS! AN ERROR OCCURRED. OoredooOman is a disaster. Tried reinstalling but then realized it's OoredooOman that's faulty. Needs a lot of fixes. None cares despite all the negative reviews here.

I prefer using codes *141# rather using OoredooOman , I did a small test browsing through OoredooOman . Unfortunately it doesn’t complete 5 minutes and start crashing. is there any testing enough before launching. I hope every update solves small issues.
