On iPhone, when I click on an article in the newsfeed, after I finish reading the article, there’s no way to get back to the newsfeed. The tiny back arrow at the top, left side of CBS12News rarely works. It’s SO small, it’s useless. Also, when I click on some links in the newsfeed, CBS12News redirects me to the Safari browser, opening Safari on its own without my permission. No app should EVER redirect to another app! If I wanted to view CBS12 news and related content in the Safari app, I wouldn’t have downloaded this (CBS12 News) app in the first place. Unacceptable! Aside from the redirecting issue, CBS12News is not iPad-friendly. CBS12News does not support landscape-mode on iPad, making it useless to me. I’d love to see these issues fixed, as I enjoy following CBS12 news on TV and online.

I get the headlines accross my phone as they occur, however using the Ipad is a total waste, you cannot access any menu or stories, just the 6 page how to use and an irritating message to tap the menu to get the stories, a menu that does not exist. So I know the headline, just not the story

Your app now takes me to CBS12News Store whenever I open it and tries to get me to download various other apps! It will not let me read any news articles!

The new owner of channel 12 is Sinclair Broadcasting. They demand that all the stations they own run biased news stories or be fired. Sinclair owns over 70% of all television stations across the county. A free press is critical to the health of a democratic society. Sinclair puts democracy at RISK.

Most difficult app to navigate. Not user friendly. Worst App among news apps in Florida and around the country. The live stream keeps freezing and the sound goes on and off every 3-4 seconds....

Way too many alerts- unwanted unrelated to my area! Even after I turned off the alerts, they still kept pouring!! I had to remove it to stop the alerts- good ridence!

Great news station but HORRIBLE app!! Can't publish a story to Facebook from an iPhone 4S with IOS6. There is no link to report a problem. When you click on the individual journalists it implies you can contact them but no you can't.

Forget CBS12News for news. Weather is a joke. Sound missing on weather vids - but sound fine on commercial before the vid. App does not work & it is useless as a news or weather tool in your life. Use another stations app.

Well at least it doesn't crash now since there is no links to stories. Just a single button for an ad. Very poor now gives news for komo Seattle Doesn't any one check these things?

Breaking News from CBS12News will show a notification ending in mid sentence and when you click on it to get more info, CBS12News opens with no info, and often none for the story for 1-2 hours. Now breaking news alerts all have commercials. Deleting.

People who use CBS12News want to READ the news. There are only 5 articles posted that are actually text. The other 30+ are video segments that take too long to load. Not convenient at all. Better off going on their Facebook page and being able to click on the articles themselves.

CBS12News and this so called news organization is nothing but an arm of the DNC. Not one word about Biden’s racist statements.

We were listening to the reports on the hurricane when the person speaking in Spanish was cut off. This I find very rude by your station management. This should never happen when the Hispanic community is also in need of information.

Why send me an alert which opens your ap if it's not going to take me to the story??? Very frustrating to have to search around for a news story. I usually give up and go elsewhere.

CBS12News does not give me the news/ reports; the ads are certainly there. Was out of town and tried to catch up on the local news but that was virtually impossible using the WPEC (CBS News12) app. I can understand why the rating is so poor.

The live news feature worked fine until a recent app update on my iPhone 5 "s" The full screen feature does not work when I turn my phone horizontally and the on screen control buttons for the live video are too small. Sometimes the live feed does not work at all. Use WPBF25 app for live news it has better reliability and interface.

Would love to use CBS12News for opening weather, but crashes. Please fix.

The trouble with CBS12News and many other local TV news apps is they will send you an alert on a breaking news story but when you click on the alert, CBS12News doesn't open to that story but to the main screen. You then have to search for the news story which may or may not have the same headline as the alert. Fix this annoyance and CBS12News will be excellent.

The new update has a bug that forces it to close. Please fix cause I can't live without CBS12News . Love channel 12!

The news info is timely and correct. However the notifications show updates for days after story is done? Please fix. Thanks. And your weather app is awesome

News Channel 12 is the best news station. The most unbiased and neutral station that I have found. Informative and they even have the balls to call out or laugh at obvious and ridiculous reports. Morning crew is my favorite. Keep up the neutral reporting!
