I have found items I want to buy but when I click the chat button to talk to the seller there is a message that says "unable to create your new offer." but I haven't offered anything to the seller... I am not able to talk with any of the sellers on carousell, can you tell me how can I contact them?
I m not being able to enable to chat with any of the seller. I like the product to buy but I don't have any chat option . How do I buy?
App is really buggy today. Can't browse, keeps on freezing. Tried reinstalling, no improvement.
