I have found items I want to buy but when I click the chat button to talk to the seller there is a message that says "unable to create your new offer." but I haven't offered anything to the seller... I am not able to talk with any of the sellers on carousell, can you tell me how can I contact them?

The app icon disappeared from my phone screen. I tried to reinstall but it just updates the app instead. Now I have to go to app store just to open Carousell and my account. What is the remedy? Why did this happen?
