I have a problem with ArcSite

ArcSite craches directely When opening a project. This problem started when i uppdated IOS on my IPad pro to iPADOS 17.2

To resolve ArcSite network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the ArcSite App
1. On android, goto Settings » ArcSite » click [Force Stop]

Clear ArcSite App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ArcSite » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ArcSite.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ArcSite » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ArcSite » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ArcSite
