This is FINALLY a five star app that you enjoy using. The small tweaks they’ve made have a huge difference in the experience — reliability, contact filtering, a nicer dashboard. I’m super happy with it!

My ONLY additional suggestion is when you’re texting from a template, I wish it would automatically copy the text so you can paste it back into this app. Otherwise, you generate the template with the meta tags and then have to tap, select all, copy, send, paste it back into this app.

I try to keep my business and personal contacts separate, and Contactually lets me do that AND have access to all the notes, previous emails, etc. that pertain to each contact. It also tracks if I’ve recently been in touch and gives me a task to contact someone if I’ve fallen out of touch. The task management and contact rolodex are great.

I'd like to be able to assign tags from Contactually as well. Also it would be supercool from a workflow point of view to be able to share from Safari to the content sharing area of this app then be able to send emails, schedule them and share that content you found. That would get 5 stars from me.

I love having all my contacts and activity so easily accessible. Has definitely helped me stay on top of important opportunities. Very easy to use and intuitive.

Great app for building and maintaining business relationships. Contactually is incredibly well-designed, so that I can easily and quickly make notes and log my interactions with prospects.

Contactually is 100% necessary if you prefer talking to clients/contacts on the phone. Love being able to add notes and follow up with people right from here.

This is the first time I opened Contactually in awhile. I checked my contacts and found people (like a deceased aunt) who I deleted and still more I archived. Now I have to go through the tedious process of removing all these people from my Web app. Unacceptable!

Access to my relationships on the go - super convenient!

Perhaps Contactually supports a software service that must be purchased separately.
I tried to create an account and sign in with Google, but nothing worked.

Goes to blank white screen. Deleted and redownloaded Contactually and same issue. Help!!!

May be a good app, but I’ll never know because I can’t sign in.

Much improved user experience, stability and performance in the current version. Ability to edit contacts and buckets has also greatly improved. The big regression point that sticks out for me however is the loss of ability to send emails using templates. Please bring that back!

If it was previously in the mobile version I do not miss the Bucket Game whatsoever; forgot that existed in general a long time ago. It was fun for a little while in the beginning and mainly via the full Web version, but I don't think gamification is needed to spur adoption at this point.

I've tried several times to fall in love with this tool but we end up just "being friends". The idea is great and anything that helps you stay in the forefront of a customers mind is awesome.

The bucket process is a bit clunky but that was okay until Contactually just stared crashing, slowing down or just failing. However this never version released yesterday the developers have fixed this.

The crashes are much faster and the failures more consistent. Many times Contactually just fails to open at. Kudos team, if you're going to crash .. Do it early, do it simple and with minimal user interaction that's what sets them apart now.

From my personal to professional life, this app makes sure that none of my relationships slip through the cracks, as well as growing my professional network. The platform is an amazing addition to my workflow, and I can rest easy knowing that I'm not leaving money or deals on the table. On a personal level, it's great knowing that I'm being the best coworker/friend/son/etc. that I can be, simply because I'm able to stay in touch regularly and effortlessly.

I'm in the process of evaluating a few different CRM's for my business. I looked at online reviews of different CRM's and this app got a nice write up so I set up for the 30 trial run. Thankfully, I took the time to download Contactually to see if it was as good as the desk top version... Not even close! Contactually is completely useless. We are in a mobile world and if won't work on my HTC or iPad why would I want the product? I have no intention of buying this app at this point, I've crossed it off my list. If they down the road improve Contactually I'll take another look, until then don't waste your money or time.
