I am top fan for kane brown and noone acknowledged it and the stats for feb and march are wrong they didnt do any work u cant apply old stats with new months

How to fix Fanpage app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fanpage app on iPhone
Update Fanpage app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fanpage iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fanpage on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fanpage network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fanpage Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fanpage not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fanpage App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fanpage » click [Force Stop]

Update Fanpage to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fanpage App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fanpage » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fanpage.

Fix Fanpage unable to contact server/ Fanpage internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fanpage » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fanpage » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fanpage
