Terrible app. Lags, logs you out, and frequently have to set up face ID. Just like this horrible town bank, AustinBank is outdated, lack luster, and frustrating. Side note: look through the reviews and you will see that many of the five stars actually hate AustinBank . AustinBank is terrible do not get fooled by all the stars it has.
Touch ID does not work 9 outta 10 times. Instant balance always shows technical difficulties. Can’t log in on my phone so I’m at the computer and forgot my password, or so it says, sent a request about 10 minutes ago and still no temp password in my email. I would love to have deposits available on my mobile, assuming I can ever get in. I have other banking apps, even a small town bank and those work beautifully! Austin Bank, please invest a little money in a useful and reliable mobile app!!!
it never allows me into my account I’ve had so many problems with AustinBank it doesn’t even allow me to login online. it says technical difficulties way to often; I’ve had to change my password due to AustinBank. I can’t wait til I change bank companies because austin bank isn’t it!!
Every time I log. I get a message that AustinBank doesn’t recognize me. I have to hit ok then log in. Also AustinBank is so elementary. Other banks have programs to save for Christmas funds that are automatically deducted. We need that. The alerts also don’t work as the should in every account.
AustinBank is super convenient, and saves time from going to the bank, or calling and being on hold for 5-30 minutes. But every other month or so it logs me out and they have "technical difficulties" and I can't check my balance, transfer funds, etc. It's especially inconvenient on weekends!
There’s always something going on with AustinBank. It rarely works. I wish it would be fixed permanently to make it easier to use consistently. It’s down 2-3 times per week and frustrating to use.
I initially could not open AustinBank . It did not give me an option to update it. Just closed out. After coming to AustinBank Store to figure it out, I saw it needed an update. Very weird
At the drive through I saw where you are supposed to be able to deposit checks using app etc... this is not a technologically advanced app...as it was advertised.
Only thing I would like to see is where I could pay extra on the principal in AustinBank and I would give 5 stars
While yes AustinBank does the job, it needs to be updated. The layout of AustinBank is old and needs a new look. The banking app has issues connecting to Zelle and does not connect to Apple wallet or anything like that. Not only those two problems there is glitches within AustinBank . It might not be the apps fault, but when ordering things it will show me the wrong amount in my account. I have overdraft protection, but it caused me to be in the negative. I’m a young adult so I don’t have the best income. Luckily I got more money in my account now so I’m no longer $20 in the negative, but it showed I had $60 when I only had $8.50. That caused me to spend more than I had so when it glitched back the next day I was just tired of the glitch happening multiple times.
I love AustinBank. It has the instant balance feature which I can’t say I’ve used very much because of how quickly I can log in with Face ID. I especially love the card alerts so I can know any time my card is used and determine asap if my card has been compromised.
One improvement I would recommend is the ability to view all my statements from AustinBank . It is more of a hassle to have to login on the webpage to find all my statements.
Every so often, the face recognize feature turns off and I have to go through my security question and turn it back on. Minor 1st world problem annoyance. it’s done this many times over the last year or two.
It would be nice to add the feature of apple pay, Austin bank doesn’t offer apple pay.
It would be nice to give us the option of entering our pin or using finger print to log into our account.

AustinBank it’s great and work most of the time I will say 9/10. I would love for AustinBank and the bank to work with zelle and have zelle already install with AustinBank , will make life more easy for some of us :)

90% of the time AustinBank works great - I think the other 10% could be due to bad service areas -) I think AustinBank is a winner ! Thanks for offering to your customers a quick way to bank !
App for the IPad also. I wish there was a app. And I would a happy camper.
