For the past several days I have been trying to contact Storm8, Inc. about updating this app. As soon as I submit a request, they are automatically marking the request as solved or closed. Storm8 has abandoned this app. 1 year ago I rated this app with 5 Stars. I am disappointed they have lost interest in supporting this app for future iOS updates. I am fairly certain when Apple rolls out the next iOS version update, this app will no longer function properly.

I've been building for 2 years now and I have fun doing it. To play it is quick, and I learned to let the coins build and spend as I could. I also learned solar panels gives me energy and coins. Team Lava does not provide a rule book or hints to the game, so my wife and my sons and I had to learn and teach as we went. We enjoy playing it and building and expanding. I just wish the expansion time was greatly reduced. The cost could be reduced also. I would like to see a better explanation with each building, some give energy and others don't. Please give us some information to teach us how to grow and play and be successful builders and help our neighbors as they build too.

Been playing this city story only cause they dismantled the best city site ever,......this was good and fun for a year, now i wait long time intervals for expansions all paid for with my money, and the worst of it is : tapping on my contracts, and nothing happens.. I know all the excuses they give you why it happens, and it just shouldnt be happening in the first place,.
Nothing like trying to collect rent and nothing happens or trying to load contracts to supply businesses and i wear out my fingers trying to make something happen....time to scrap this game and look for a bmore trustworthy game..........PLEASE GIVE US BACK CITY STORY ! At least they gave us sidewalks of our own choosings, which would be very helpful as ' RIGHT OF WAYS' Especially if we are BUILDING LAND NEAR THE COAST !!!!

And still a year later and no reply ! The longer one plays , this site punishes the player by cutting down at least 50% of recieving any help from other players to purchase land....so after two years i believe i will have to dump this site Metro city.....especially as it appears they do not listen or care about us....

Why why why? At first the game seems fun, just an average city builder. But there are flaws that make the game trash. First is always online, why, theres no need for online, online is only necessary for viewing other cities and future updates. There is no need for DRM. Second, the gems, the gems you own will be gone quickly. Without gems, you can do anything, you cant build a city inspired by NYC, Tokyo or SF. You basically need money to progress. This is an example of why I would rather pay one for like $5 than stupid micro transactions. Third is energy, why are you limiting how much can we play, you can use gems for energy, but you need money and that goes back to my second point. Fix this garbage app you greedy company by no more internet requirement, micro transactions and energy. This is why I HATE Team Lava and Rovio for making such greedy decisions. The only thing you should involve lava is to throw your games in lava because your games are trash. This could of been a great app, but without those dumb rules.
