My store name is fionn55 While skimming through items I accidentally I guess tapped kettle ball chest. I would like my diamonds back. It didn’t even ask to tap again to place. I need the items to put towards the diamond counter. Hope there is a solution. Thank u

While playing the game Fashion Story, the gems that I purchased from the google play store disappeared. I didn't make any purchases, I was only playing the game. I am trying to get this issue resolved, so please inform me of what steps I need to take to get my account crowded.

You exploit our time of need!

Not only can you not advance in your game without paying hard money but now you’ve crossed the line! While many people and other developers are trying to support each other in these stressful times Storm8 only cares about making quick,easy money! Your tactics concerning shoving down advertising other games every time you try and start your game now but I see it’s backfiring! Each player only logs in to give hope and encouragement to each other. While this pitiful game has only sought a way to use these upsetting times to get more advertisements! This shows clearly your main objectives. Other developers are offering interesting side quests to keep all distracted (with no cost to players) while these developers are trying only to get all the money possible from their own players. Not only will I never download Any game trying to profit in this matter I will never attempt any of Storm8’s other games! Your selfishness blares loud and clear! I can only hope someday you fully understand this heartless misstep and path you have chosen. I feel you wish these observations never to see the light of day. I hope someone reads and understands these heartfelt disappointments you created. A many year player regretfully withdraws after my game friends no longer needs any support.

Been playing the game for 8 years, disgusted by the suggestive pop-up ads.

My siblings and I have downloaded and played Storm 8 games for years, but I imagine our dedication to your apps will cease due to a recent occurrence involving a disgusting pop-up ad. Though obviously a game designed for children, my 11 year old sister is subjected to random ads for a app called Episode, a game where you essentially “choose your story”. Everything you choose to do effects the outcome of your character’s “life”. We’ve all seen the ads, I’m sure. Whether it’s your character’s teacher having an affair with their mom, or the decision to tell your character’s’ boyfriend that he’s a baby daddy, you’re made to choose in order for the ad close. I am appalled, disgusted, and disappointed. The young eyes that view this game shouldn’t come in contact with this garbage. To those or you considering downloading this for your children, please don’t. But if you’re ready for the questions that will eventually lead to “the talk” with your 9 year old, then please be my guest. Storm 8, I’m begging you to please fix this. Your ad revenue is not worth it. Now I have to figure out how to tell my sibling that she can’t play Fashion Story anymore, despite her multiple months-long work on her shop.

Sadly, while the game is fun, it is set up for you to accidentally spend money to get anything done and there is ZERO help from the developers. I have played this and other storm games for a long time and deleted them all years ago. I downloaded them thinking things might be different now but it’s a million times worse. Every move you make, an AD pops up. Place an item, AD. Win something, AD. Buy something AD AD AD!! On top of how expensive everything is.. and I don’t mind spending money on a game.. they REFUSE to give refunds or assist in helping you if you accidentally purchased something. I have asked more times than I can count for help getting refunds but they immediately close the ticket. It disgusts me how greedy and single minded they are with NO care for their players. It’s not just refunds but my game has been crashing for months and I’ve received diddly squat in assistance. Also, all events should be able to be won with hard work but it’s absolutely impossible to win without spending money. It’s sad. There’s nothing wrong with charging but it’s all these people care about and everyone knows it. NO HELP! ALL ABOUT MONEY! VERY FEW UPDATES. ZERO COMMUNICATION!!!!!
