I've been playing this game on and off since 2014. I don't understand why Storm8 can't listen to its players! We want changes from the 15 day to 30 day goals. To being able to get older stoves and ovens, easier ways to send gifts, delete unwanted gifts, easier way to tip and comment. Just so many things we need fixed and we are not heard. Sad

Well, reading through the comments I understand that I might just waste my time writing this. Anyways, I've been playing bakery story religiously on and off for years and I love it. I tried Balery Story 2, which was so incredibly terrible I almost got angry. So I went back to the first one and realized today that I won't be able to do much if I keep level up. There's almost no appliances left that I'm interested in, yet there are tooons of them unavailable to me because I wasn't there for the quest. And even appliances I have been able to purchase, there are recipes locked that I cant get. I find it absolutely ridiculous that you can't do any past quests. I've been spending money on this app and now I realized I am at a level where I wont unlock new stuff unless I do the current goals, when I am more interested in the old ones. This doesnt need to be a problem! I just dont understand. Will probably stop playing soon since I can't have the experience I would like.

this game is abandoned as it has been for almost a decade. there are no real programming improvements made for the users-the interface is the same ancient one it was back in 2012. the only improvement i have seen, done for players, is when they allowed single taps after a double for things such as collecting so-called 'tips' and the serving from appliances. If you have an issue your support ticket is auto-responded as "closed" because the game is not staffed. what a joke. And don't forget the down right wicked and sadistic nature of the developers with how they slam ads in your face and do things in ways that cause accidents to be done, from tapping an ad that slapped on the screen right before you meant to tap something else, to wasting gems/coins buying something the same way. This has gone on for almost decade and no fix, it is how they are. evil maniacal and intentionally so. there needs to be simple to program things that actually help players-things like a select all button to yes, come back. why you take it away? Search function for the insane-and-growing lunacy of parts? heck, at least have the food tabs here like in restaurant and working correctly-unlike like the breakfast one there. how about not auto-unselecting selected neighbors in the first few seconds of selecting? Remember, storm8/team lava-money gained dishonestly will dwindle away and when you wonder why you now know. Also, wealth won't deliver a single soul.

After playing for at least 5 years, I am done with this game. First off, they shortened the time frame for goals. They used to be 30 days and are now 15. I play this game in my FREE time so it takes me about a week to just gather all the parts I need let alone even start on the goal. I also noticed that the prices went up on all the goal items. Since I am maxed on levels and have millions of currency this is not really an issue for me, but to players just starting out or on lower levels it just doesn’t seem fair. Also, the “free gems” button (lets you watch 10 ads every 24 hours to earn 10 free gems) idk what kind of rig y’all did to it but I can never get past watching 5 anymore because it tells me the video could not load or something. So there go my free gems. And on the subject of gems, the final straw as to why I am deleting this game...There is a button for “Bonus Gems” that has other ways for you to earn gems. I picked the Lords Mobile one and the terms were to ‘reach castle level 12’ in the game and i’d be rewarded 167 gems for my bakery. Well I reached castle level 12 and got no bonus gems. I sent Storm8 ‘tickets’ (because apparently they do not resolve anything through emails) to try and resolve the issue and they kept closing my tickets. I just wanted to let everyone else know incase anyone else has any of these problems. And I also wanted to say how crappy the customer service is. & rant over.

After losing in game currency and items to a BUG in THEIR app, I reached out to customer support via email. You know, the OPTION they give you. I’m immediately met with an automated email response, they do not accept email requests anymore. You have to fill out a form. Okay? Would’ve been nice to have known that. So I fill out the form, missing items and currency due to a bug. Another automated email response: they cannot retrieve any lost currency in game.
So you’re telling me... you, the developers who oversee bugs, glitches, etc... cannot recover currency but also won’t even allow my request to go through because it is labeled currency... you also allow us the option to send for missing currency but reject it with an automated email claiming inability...
Y’all I’ve lost in game currency in other games, items, etc. Devs and customer support were more than happy to give an apology package and promise they were working on the glitch. Storm8 just stops you before you even get to the door. If you’re thinking about spending money on this game, forget it. If their own BUG causes you to lose something you paid for, they’ll make no attempts to satisfy the customer to get their items/currency back.
