SC doesn't show the login prompt at all rather pops up a window saying the device is jailbroken though it isn't
I have never seen a worse interface. Too many glitches. Today, when I opened SC , it says that it has been upgraded and asked me if I want to get the latest upgrade. You click yes, it takes you to their webpage .. thatβs it so basically it is not working
Unable to make payments even after adding billers. One payments also not getting through as SC hot stuck and restarts again and again.
Not user friendly
They have removed the way to verify Apple Pay. Thereβs no way to set this up now on your phone.
Edit: update just came out and still no Apple Wallet option.
Application crashing while opening itself in iOS 12.5 in iPhone 6
Cant login after ios 9.3 update. Always saying slow or no internet even if i have LTE connection or even at home. Only have this problem after upgrading to IOS 9.3. Please fix soon. Thanks.
The update looks nice on IOS but SC stopped working properly and always crashes and has lots of bugs ... I dont recommend using it until they fix it
it is a solid application , but only with a few features and things you can do . Need more things can be done via mobile banking . Mobile banking is the future for all bank process they need to focus more .
Now with new update , still limited. With options . Far away from emirates Islamic bank or nbd internet banking
After last update SC is not working properly, everytime i click on the main account it kicks back to the login screen
It keeps crashing after login you click anything. Login is gine but within app you click anything and it ceashes
Like the new update but kindly support 6/6s Plus bigger display phones.

The new update removes the the credit card limit setting, there is no confirm button. I cannot change my credit card limits after this update. Please fix this.

Managed to make mobile banking simple and easy to use. Only missing item is add new beneficiary & payments and modify existing. Apart from this, very user friendly.
