They emailed me an invoice and there’s no apparent way to pay it using a credit or debit card. There’s only bank information which dos me no good from the USA. Once the email invoice has been generated, there’s no choice to change to a card payment. However you can add a card for future payments. Wish I had just paid at the kiosk

They say “no fees” but this is false. When you sign up, you are automatically signed up for a paper invoice by mail which costs an extra 30SEK. Nobody tells you about this. You need to change your invoice preferences before the 15th of the month to avoid this fee from paper invoice. I think it’s ridiculous that they don’t make this clear.

App didn’t work when I was parking. Now the company keeps sending me a bill. The App DIDN’T WORK but they still want me to pay. Customer service is dreadful. AVOID at all costs. Sorry I can’t rate zero stars.
