Nonsensical payment options
They emailed me an invoice and there’s no apparent way to pay it using a credit or debit card. There’s only bank information which dos me no good from the USA. Once the email invoice has been generated, there’s no choice to change to a card payment. However you can add a card for future payments. Wish I had just paid at the kiosk

Hidden fees
They say “no fees” but this is false. When you sign up, you are automatically signed up for a paper invoice by mail which costs an extra 30SEK. Nobody tells you about this. You need to change your invoice preferences before the 15th of the month to avoid this fee from paper invoice. I think it’s ridiculous that they don’t make this clear.

Horrible App and Customer Service
App didn’t work when I was parking. Now the company keeps sending me a bill. Parkster DIDN’T WORK but they still want me to pay. Customer service is dreadful. AVOID at all costs. Sorry I can’t rate zero stars.

Cost me a parking ticket
Frustrating app, Stil got a ticket from the local authorities even though I paid through Parkster . Still got a paper bill sent to me even though I have a recipet showing i paid

Really dumb app, no confirmation when you pay for parking. How are people suppose to know of it works? Don’t recommend, just use the kiosk.

29 kr extra for a paper invoice… what a joke!
Start with e-faktura and autogiro like all the other parking apps. Horrible experience, Will never use again.

Can’t park without having a Swedish personnummer - means as a non-swedish tourist you can’t park using this app. Terrible.

Terrible experience! Forced to download the app to park on an almost unreadable screen in bright sunlight! Today I find that I was being charged for a subscription to a gaming app that I would never use and had to call to cancel that! My credit card info had been used for that! I never was able to get the parking app to pay for my parking but the gaming app had already charged me!
