Been trying to figure out how to cancel this useless publication for 2 hours after they once again increased my monthly subscription. No - I can’t manage my subscription on your crappy app or in my iTunes account. Guess I’ll need to try talking to a real person tomorrow- who will probably try to refer me to my purchase history in iTunes that does not appear anywhere. Funny, they find a way to bill my US Bank account though.
If actual news happens in the Stevens Point area, I have to look at WAOW or WSAU to find the story. I have subscribed for years but am now canceling because I’m fed up!

I like the traditional layout which shows the paper as it’s printed. To get there in the iPhone app I have to go to My Account select e-paper and select HTML format each time. Should be a onetime setting. Especially now when My Account is down.
I lived in point area for 23 years, after I moved away I always find myself going on line to check out what happened and what’s going happen around stevens point. It’s a wonderful place to live.

I love StevensPointJournal. It gives me the same great news I normally get from the paper, but I don't have to wait, nor scroll through my FB feed to find. I don't have a subscription because I'm cheep, but I can still get the most important news articles, who still reads the sports section anyway. 10/10 would recommend.
