A joke

The delivery service through this app is a joke. Unfortunately it is not a funny one not even by stretch. I’ve been chasing my delivery for the past five days my emails get answered with one response: case closed. The phone operators are really friendly but they do not provide any real service. they have my address wrong my phone number wrong and even my PO Box that they issued to me wrong.
The worst part is that when the shipment finally arrived the individual delivering it does not give you a receipt for the money you give them. How is that even possible in this day and age is beyond me, for a company that alleges it is working with international standards to collect money from people and not give them something in return in the form of the receipt is scandal. If you call them they will tell you will send you a receipt if you ask for one. question is why should I ask for one? Why wouldn’t you give everyone who pays you money a receipt on the spot, and not have them to go and ask for it or chase you for it. Is that even allowed by law?
The sad truth is that whoever runs this company or the this app service in particular never actually has to deal with these things, so for them they probably think everything is OK, because they live in a bubble and their shipments get delivered to their offices. Perhaps they should try and order something and not have it done through their secretaries that they will realize what a mess this whole thing actually is.

Do not use them!!!

If you are really an online shopper then trust me you will live nightmare with Aramex! You will be frustrated and disappointed and angry from what about your going to experience with them !! You will be sorry and regret the moment you shipped your items with them ! I am here writing to you my brief experience without getting into the details of what happened because it’s a long story and process I have taken just to get my packages but unfortunately without hope ! You will not just regret or frustrated! You will live horror once you shopped with more than thousand dollars and you get nothing but an emails that notifies you that your case been closed !! You can’t do anything no one will help you and you have to accept what they will tell you in the emails! You can’t even call them because they will keep transferring you from one to another until you just disconnected!! Imagine this situation and then you will realize what I mean exactly by letting you live in a nightmare !!

You might get it, you might not. And if you do, its a surprise when.

If you want your items to get to you after the return policy of the item itself expires, then go for shop & ship. If you want to try even to contact their customer support, you gotta wait for them to “get in the mood” to reply to you. Working there must be great, they prioritize their employee’s mood over the customer’s satisfaction. And when they do reply they just tell you to provide more unnecessary information that is already there when signing up for their “service”. Most (and not all) of the delivery people exclude & ignore YOUR preferred time as a customer for delivery time and deliver when they see fits them, & if you try to explain or ask them to stick to the delivery time you chose they’d throw that “we’ll deliver it tomorrow sir”. I got to a point where i just keep asking them EVERY WEEK FOR A WHOLE MONTH to UPDATE my package’s status just to make sure its moving, HOW LAZY ARE THESE PEOPLE.

Best and Easiest service to use in Kuwait
I’ve been using Aramex for more than 10 years now. They are the most reliable. Never lost a package (like other cheaper services have). I order regularly from all around the world; so far I’ve tried their US, UK, German, UAE, China boxes and everything was fine. Australia one was a little more complicated because of Australian rules. I receive 4 or 8 packed a month. They are definitely a reliable service and if im gonna order from abroad I better be ready to pay shipping fees. If I wanted cheaper or free delivery I’d use local post office and lost 1 in 2 of each shipment. P.S I am extremely impressed with how they managed to deliver all my shipment Feb - June last year when half the world was under lock down. I thought my shipments would be lost but each one got delivered.

Terrible App, ok service

It’s obvious that the people who maintain ShopandShip don’t use it, otherwise they would have fixed it. App is getting worse with the subsequent updates. Constantly crashes, forces you to login time and again, has very limited features and is plainly antiquated. I’ve had a few mishaps with the service itself, and it was almost impossible to get a good resolution in each one of the cases. Unfortunately, there are no competing, comparable companies that are better servicing our region at the moment. Shop and Ship is operating on borrowed time. As soon as an alternative reliable service becomes available and known, they will see a huge number of their customers leaving…

Mr trust

The application is not reliable. It charged me for a shipment twice. I called customer service where they promised a refund. It has been three months and still no refund.

Unfortunately these people play with the weights of the shipments. They add few grams to move you to the next higher price. It happened several times where I checked the weights of the shipments upon arrival and found out that the shipment is a little bit lighter than what they are claiming. I checked the rate calculator on their application and found out that this slight increase in the weight is enough to increase the price to the next level.

DO NOT USE THEM!

If I could put no stars at all I would! Do not do not do not use them! I will move to dhl that I am 100% sure of and I will make sure none of my friend and family will use shop and ship ( aramex). First my package as been in kuwait with them for 10 days already and when I called them to ask when will they deliver it they told me that I have to wait an extra week! I told them that I really need my package they said they can’t help and I would still have to wait. Worst customer service or let me say no customer service. I don’t even want to talk about how much they charge! It is ridiculous

Okay-ish

ShopandShip at times will randomly not work so that’s why u gave it three stars. There’s a limited time you can pay the amount. If your package has reached the country of destination you can no longer pay online and will have to pay upon delivery or in store which I find a little annoying. I haven’t had any issues with the service itself and customer service has always been helpful when I’ve called.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. I think in the past 1.5 years I’ve ordered over 200 times from them and not one single error. Yes the package could get delayed, yes sometimes it takes time to get updated in your address. But the majority of the time there’s absolutely no issue. Thank you!

Worst company on the planet

customer service is ridiculous, i have been chasing after the customer service for 11 days , been calling them and they don’t answers, i have visited the local office and they said someone would call me and its been 7days, I have also contacted their messenger support and sent everything they needed and they haven’t even looked at the message in 4 days... How are they still an operating business is beyond me. They have received 2 Shipments on the 1st and 2nd of June and so far they have not shown up on my account

Not professional at all stay away from them

This is the worst service ever, my package 2 weeks ago shipped to there NY address, and still I can’t see anything or a message from them, and lol you can’t even contact them, there is no way at all on there website, and when i select my country morocco or USA it will not let you contact them, even they are supported country, or why i’m accepted as a user, stay away from them they are not professional at all, and you will get nothing big scammers

Your app needs total renovation.

Screen size for iPhone 11 pro max is not supported. Part of screen is below the bottom edge. The keyboard hides the password field, so you don’t see what you are typing. Also cannot click on history at the lowest bottom edge where the swipe up bar is. Every time you open ShopandShip you need to login. Cannot retrieve any information if you exit ShopandShip and open again.

ShopandShip is essential for those who love to shop online. I’m properly impressed with the ease of use, shipment updates, payment options and overall speed of the process of getting an item. 5 stars from me, and I won’t be surprised if the negative reviews are from the competition!

Great service, poor App

I have been using S&S for years and it's been great, recently I downloaded ShopandShip on my new iPhone with the latest OS. Unfortunately ShopandShip crashes Everytime i log in so it's basically useless to me. Last update was 5 months ago and no communication exists from their side on when this crash will be resolved.

When I buy something online I get it 2-3 weeks which is incredibly fast!! They are a bit expensive but worth it

Could not authenticate user.. again and again!!

It gets really annoying when you have to login every time you want access ShopandShip . And when you do login its full of bugs, and works rarely. Really poor app. Maybe if they hired pros to create ShopandShip, they would end up with an app which actually is useful. Shame on you aramex to provide such a user friendly product. ShopandShip is almost as bad as their customer service team.

Poor app

There are less functions available compared to the website. One important thing is giving the user the possibility to hide the delivered shipment because ShopandShip take a week or so until it got disappeared taking into consideration that sometime the user deals with multiple shipments and keeping the delivered ones would make it difficult to follow the remain ones.

Good service bad app

The service is fine but ShopandShip itself is terrible. Logs you out all the time, the design isn’t optimized for all phones, updates my shipment information super slow. These issues don’t require much to fix so it’s surprising ShopandShip feels like it hasn’t been touched in years.

Won’t convert currency

ShopandShip is unusable for me. My Saudi credit card is in USD. The website automatically converts SAR payments to USD allowing me to pay them. ShopandShip won’t convert, so I am unable to pay through ShopandShip . Also annoying is that the “pending payments” but hasn’t working for months on the website and will always show “no packages to be paid” if I select it. So on the website I have to click through and pay one-by-one. Very annoying.

So delighted to see Aramex finally revamped their S&S app compatible with notched iPhones. Also features like ability to edit account details etc have been added.

After I updated to the new version it keeps going off by itself when I’m signing in.

Doesn’t stay signed in

The newest version of ShopandShip doesn’t keep your info up unless you sign out and then sign back in again. ShopandShip is basically useless and still doesn’t use facial recognition to sign in... but somehow the website does. I’ve quit using ShopandShip altogether and just use the website instead. Please fix the bugs.

Logging out issue

Okay so the new update is good and all, but the fact that it logs me out every time is just so annoying! Before the update I only logged in once and that was it! Now whenever I close ShopandShip I have to log in back, please fix this issue.

Looks nicer but needs better functionality

Looks nicer than the old app but what’s the point of beauty when features like face unlock are gone, we have to sign into ShopandShip all the time because it auto signs you out, and when it says you haven’t paid for packages that you paid for.

Oh and you can’t renew flex unless it expires... why...

I need to log in every time, the previous app was much better and easier, no i need to re login every time, no notification as the old one, it takes a while until I see the new shipment and i have to drag down for refreshing to see that i have new shipment

The application keeps logging me out after logging in successfully, typically after couple days or so. Really annoying that I have to sign in almost every time I have to check for my packages.

Unprofessionally written App

Wondering why they developed it, just to have their name in AppStore? Doesn’t remember credentials, not working with finger print, doesn’t show all history, every time I have to login with credentials and face sometimes error, doesn’t refresh orders quickly. So why one needs to use. Why not add a bookmark and login on web

After the latest update ShopandShip keeps signing me out. What’s the point of an app that forces you to sign in with every launch? Also, we still can’t pay the VAT charges through ShopandShip . Partial payments make no sense. Let us pay the full amount!

Not reliable a bit! Even though I created return order from Amazon US, informed them about the pick up and requested them to return the order, they failed and supposedly destroyed my items. If you want to throw away your money and deal with very week customer operations, use it. Otherwise stay away from them.
