App never moves past login screen. Deleted and re-installed multiple times.
The shop and ship app does not do anything after I login and it stays on the login page deleted the app multiple times and reloaded it same issue
Packeges not showing up in the app
Im having the same issue as others on Android app. App closes and re opens when I click on a package to view the status. This is only happening in the last month. Have tried uninstalling and re installing to no avail Now I just log into my shop and ship account thru my web browser. Its a pain in the ass but the app is unworkable right now.
The App crashes when opening or trying to view some of the new incoming packages. (Not All of them, but most) In most cases, the App restarts when trying to view the package. In some cases, I receive an error "Something went wrong, try to reinstall the app or contact the developer". I can confirm that a friend of mine is experiencing the same problem. This only started this year.
I use iPhone 11. The application always crashes after I provide my login information. I use the browser instead, it is steady but not as good as the old S&S application. Please advise what to do.
