I tested Shop and Ship buying shoes in Europe and shipping them to UAE, and compared it with a direct shipping by the shoe shop with Aramex, the courrier provider owning Shop and Ship. The freight cost of Shop and Ship plus import duties was AED 585.30, more than 1/3 of the product value. Direct shipment by shop incl. duties did only cost AED 155.44. Paying AED 430 for handling a package to my own post box is completely unreasonable. Won‘t use it again.
