Worst thing my company has ever inflicted upon us. Glitchy. Slow. Constantly has to sync. Logs me out all the time, and now I have to re-enter our company domain name, all the time. Over complicated, and absolutely confusing.

We have been trying to get Pulsar to work for what we do and it is not worth it. You spend more time trying to make it work than time with our most important part of the business, the customer. Do not recommend.

Pulsar is junk. I currently have it open in my other iPad. It crashes all the time. Right now the program is unresponsive as I type this review. I am trying to search for an opportunity. The search field won't let me type in it, but it is auto-generating random characters..... This is what I am dealing with after waiting approx. 20 MINUTES FOR Pulsar TO SYNC FOR THE FIRST TIME.

this app is a useless piece of crAPP.

worst software I have ever used, always freezes up, losses information, can not calculate simple time on its when clocking in and out you better watch your minutes or Pulsar with short you time almost every time. Constant syncing eats up useful work time. Would not recommend to anyone.
Gave one star since it would let me leave it at 0 stars

Constantly syncing, drains battery, glitches. I spend an extra hour a day trying to enter a few work orders and sync.

Perhaps in a few years it may catch up to the 20 year old app that it was intended to replace.

Worse app ever. It has to sync for any little thing and the sync takes about 20 minutes. My colleagues can’t stand it, every time they use it, they wish they were dead.

We recently migrated completely to SFDC and started using the this app app but i hate the fact that it takes forever to sync even under wifi with a 200mbps connection.

When on the road I don't always have access to internet connections. this app gives me the option to access and edit saleforce information regardless of my connection status. It may not have the same features as other salesforce apps but it is the only one I have found that allows me to work off-line. I would recommend this for anyone who has a sales territory that takes them to areas with poor cell reception or an Ipad without a data plan.

I've used Pulsar for several months now and love it. Pulsar gives me all of my information in a format that I can can easily view and modify. Whenever I've had an issue, their support staff has responded very quickly to understand the problem and provide an update to correct the issue. Additionally, they follow up after the update to ensure that the issue has been resolved. What more can you ask for? Thank you Luminix.

My company has used SalesForce for a couple of years. Unfortunately the mobile version didn't meet our needs. Rather than using Pulsar I fond it easier to go into an office and input all notes. this app made it easily and convenient to do thing from the IPad out on the field. The response time from emails was amazing. I got an mailed response within minutes explaining the issue. this app even made some changes for us within days of recommendations. I use it everyday in outside sales. I love the way it integrates with outlook.

I've tried many different sf apps with the initial intent of logging calls with the least amount of effort and Pulsar is #1! SF apps and Logger either locked up or didn't give the additional information required by my company. this app gives me choices for each entry, quick and works offline!
So many other treats are icing on the cake...
- Synchs all my calendars
- Easy to see all previous documentation on accounts
- LinkedIn access to contacts
- Easy use of Opportunities, build org charts and export to .pdf
- Email/call directly from contact (for iPhone, iPad users)
- Documents folder is outstanding! SF garbled our docs and this allows downloads and reminds of updates and enables offline use

I'm still learning, so Dashboards may be here and once Chatter is added, I have no use for other apps. this app app cut and organized my SF time like Concur app did for my Expenses!! My 2 favorite business apps!

this app has been a great resource for my team of outside sales reps. They each have a customer list of over 200 clients, and are constantly out in the field doing training, consulting, and customer meetings. Pulsar makes their data entry in SFDC much easier, and I have seen a 100% increase in activity in SFDC from two of my reps that had historically not found the time to get in and make entries. It truly makes SFDC a much more useful tool in the field!

Still working well but has very limited functions in free version.

Older app but have been using on Windows 10 and now trying iPad app.

Has been working offline and syncing.

There is a real need for a solution like this... When was the last time somebody offered sales people innovation, best practices and mask the dreaded CRM system!! this app is great! I use it to create my sales advantage. I particularly like how it aggregates my email, sf data and linkedin to a simple interface. I also love the sales funnel. How great is that. Highly recommend you use Pulsar. It's great and I am sure will get better as functionality is added and they work the kinks out.. Great stuff!
