Have to reload regularly. Not worth it. Get the missoulian

Keep getting an error that says “There was a problem connecting. Please check your connection and try again.” I don’t have a connection issue. Have not been able to use GreatFallsTribune since subscribing to the Great Falls tribune over a month ago.

The GFT site is seldom if ever updated other than a few front page stories. The Business section has featured the same headlines and content for at least six months.

Moreover, the content lag time is so bad that the same lead story may hold the top spot for as long as three consecutive days.

All in all, not even remotely comparable to Montana competitors like Billings Gazette, Bozeman Chronicle or even smaller local papers.

It is easy to navigate from one out of date story to another, though, so at least there’s that…

Have been a subscriber for a lot of years, and now unable to open the online newspaper, no explanation, no help. Why use help when I am still waiting on answers from three other requests three years ago?

Hasn’t worked since Apple IOS 15 update. Support is useless. No local support, it has been taken away from the few remaining employees.

I was told I can do crosswords on it. It doesn't have it. It's not available on GreatFallsTribune nor is it available on the web page :(

Not all of what’s in the paper is not on GreatFallsTribune . Why pay for it. Disappointed once again by the trib.

I can go days and days without seeing anything new.

Cannot cancel subscription

I keep getting requests to have gf tribune open my Citibank app that I have to actively cancel. Very hacky feeling. Want to delete but need rmf area news. Fix your crappy app for crying out loud

I don't like the new format. Also I am paying to get the paper but several sections that I like are not in the online version

Always great to keep up with the home town

Love my digital subscription to the Great Falls Trib. I travel a lot, so home delivery doesn't make sense for me, but I'm glad an affordable digital option is now available. Glad to have access to local news anytime, anyplace.

I am sadly living in another state now. But my heart is and will stay in GreatFalls. Thanks to this wonderful paper I am able to keep up with what's going on in my town. Thank you. Keep up good work

This is a handy app. I use it all the time, and I like the push notifications which keep me informed on significant breaking news. GreatFallsTribune is attached to my paper subscription so that makes it easy to sign in to if I need to do that.

Tribune app does excellent job of delivering not only Great Falls news but also Montana news. Tribune also has Montana's best sports report.
