I use WesternMassNews to watch live Morning broadcasts while getting ready for work. I used to be a faithful 22 watcher. No more. WesternMassNews is far less glitchy and it keeps getting better. And the newscasters have great chemistry. They seem like really nice, caring people - very personable. Good morning Western Mass! 😃

WesternMassNews works well for sending out notifications but if you don’t tap the notification right away, it doesn’t save to the Notification Center. Please fix this. There are articles you notify us on I’d like to see but can’t find them when I search and can’t always read it when the notification pops up on screen.

i love WesternMassNews and it’s very useful to keep track of local news and things happening around here and COVID cases. i like how there are notifications for the articles cause it’s very helpful and nice:)

Western Mass news is the best go to source for up to date accurate and breaking news. Entire staff is fun and uplifting such a refreshing way to start and end your day

WesternMassNews is otherwise pretty good, but when bad weather comes, it sends out many MANY notifications about the storm. One notification would be great, but blowing up your phone with them is a little ridiculous.

Love Western Mass news and their app. I can quickly check my local news and weather on the go and trust that it’s accurate. Keep up the great work!

I love that Brittany is back and the atmosphere is back with the original crew but what happened to Jordan miss her I watch you guys every morning and you guys help my day go better.

Please stop with the daily alerts for things I don’t need… I have my settings chosen for weather, just in, breaking… Football games happening later, and tv shows airing tonight are not urgent. Please.

Complaint with WesternMassNews is it can sometimes be slow or lag!

I am in the business of creating apps for a living. Your new app is totally a mess! Extremely difficult to navigate for the average individual. In the media business I know that you can do better job.
You certainly would better off going back to your old app !!!

The 3 channels working together is bright spot when reporting local news

It was my favorite source for local news and weather but since the last update it does nothing just opens to the logo and the little star at the bottom spins. My Wife's and Daughters all do the same we have tried reinstalling but no luck. Oh well off to 22 we go.

Your old app was much better for getting caught up on news of the day, today’s weather, and the 10 day forecast! This new one has too many ads, pop ups and I can’t find a 7 or 10 day forecast anywhere! Just because it’s new doesn’t mean it’s better….

App keeps loading and never opens for me. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times in the past week and issue has not resolved

Need a 24 hr forecast and a 10 day they seem to be teplaced by only a few days and a shorter daily window.

It is very informative, but I would love to see more detailed weather forecast.

Thanks for great job working live and all kinds of news to remember the hometown I enjoy in Florida keep up all good work.

Consistent news with great people. If I see news from somewhere else, I check Western Mass News for validation😁

Easy to navigate and find stories that are related to what is happening to me now.

WesternMassNews is easy to use and navigate but the content available is terrible. There are typos, grammar errors, misspelled names, broken links, and incomplete thoughts galore. Who looks at the articles before they are posted?

Need to work with the network but is a good app
