I can’t understand why amex would use this tool, unless they want to hurt their customers.
Difficult to use, doesn’t work 90%+ of the time desktop version just as bad.

So secure you can barely access or share the document. The desktop app was terrible.
I requested a document from GM Financial. They told me this app was needed. But I could not view it because I need access to a this app server. Useless!
