I downloaded the app when it first rolled out and had no real issues besides slow loading, but it was really helpful being able to see my remaining food balance. After initially setting up my account I never had to re-sign in until about a month ago. The app had logged me out and wasn’t accepting the password I had thought I’d used. So I went to “Forgot my password” but it only tells me that I need to enter a valid email address even though I entered it already. So that was a dead end. Now my card has been having issues in store and I can’t use the app to figure out the problem and my WIC office is closed. Wish they would fix this problem in the app because it seems lots of people are having the same issue with no fixes or updates.

It’s a shame that this app has so many bugs. I am constantly encouraged to use the WIC app but it’s not even usable! I tried to register after downloading the app and the part to enter the cardholders birthday is not working. It only lets you select January, February, March, or April as the birthday. If you select any other month it jumps back to April. That’s ridiculous. How hard is it to make an app that functions appropriately? Forget how useful it may or may not be, I can’t even register to use the app! Also, the last update is listed as more than a year ago. CDHP should consider updating this app with bug fixes more frequently.

This app really needs to be fixed! What a disappointment! I downloaded and registered my account things seemed fine for 3 months of using the app and then it stoped allowing me to login, kicking me out before the app can even open. So after 6 months of not using the app I tried to log back in and still has the same issues. This app was such a useful tool and time saver but now it never works. I even tried registering again and it just kicks me out. Please fix these issues.
