How to fix MDR app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MDR app on iPhone
Update MDR app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MDR iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MDR on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MDR network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Fix MDR not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MDR app issues:

Force Stop the MDR App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MDR app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MDR to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MDR App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MDR app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MDR.

Fix MDR unable to contact server/ MDR internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MDR » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MDR » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MDR on android.
