I enter in my information. Close AsureTimeAttendance and I am unable to open it without uninstalling it first! Horrible!
What’s the point of an app if you have to go online to do half the functions anyways? Unable to edit time once it’s been submitted and can’t give employee approval in AsureTimeAttendance . It’s worthless and needs a serious overhaul.
I’m reading reviews from TWO YEARS ago listing the same complaints I have. Read through them and make some fixes. Start with the FaceID option. It rarely works. I have to enter my passion every time I use AsureTimeAttendance . Then have a visual cue so I know if I’m pinching in or out.
Constantly crashes when I try to log in. This is a big problem when I am in the field. It does not matter if I am connected to WiFi or cellular. The only way I can reliably now connect is to go on my computer.
Good concept and app foundation but without proper ongoing customer support and developer updates AsureTimeAttendance is useless , this could be a great app but will not function or work properly left abandoned and unsupported. PLEASE UPDATE ! and maintain support!
Since the beginning AsureTimeAttendance has given me nothing but trouble. Not registering punches, not updating properly. And now it’s not letting me see any writing in AsureTimeAttendance . I can’t see my schedule, my punches, time clock nothing. It shows pictures and I can see the map when I log in but nothing I’m actually using AsureTimeAttendance for. Don’t use AsureTimeAttendance for your company, make it easier on your employees and use a better one. I’ve tried deleting AsureTimeAttendance , redownloading it and logging out and back in and nothing.
AsureTimeAttendance works and serves its purpose.
That’s the best I have to say. Pages don’t load ie settings to change brightness
Many features use white colored words on a white background so unable to see and distinguish what time you clocked in or out, unable to see how many hours you’ve worked, etc.
Just not user friendly.
I’d say if your looking for something like this as a mobile option this is not your best choice.
AsureTimeAttendance seemed pretty stable until I configured it and entered my credentials and got it to work. Now when ever I launch AsureTimeAttendance it crashes..... Every time. My co- workers that experience the exact same issue.
I try setting up my assure force app and I cannot login it will not even let me set up an account there is nothing to help you in trying to set up an account terrible app and I need it for work Where do I go for help
AsureTimeAttendance does its job but the interface is outdated. can’t even see half of the text on the screen because it’s white text on a white background. just updating the text color would gain AsureTimeAttendance 2 more stars in my opinion.
Mostly gets the job done. Graphics and interface are pretty simple and not very intuitive. Needs clear buttons for logging in and logging out, not just a single button. If you need to confirm whether or not you’re actually logged in or logged out you have to go to additional pages.
AsureTimeAttendance becomes buggy with the iPhone’s Dark Mode setting. Nearly all of the text in AsureTimeAttendance disappears when the phone’s OS is in Dark Mode. I have to switch the Dark Mode off in order to read text in AsureTimeAttendance ... This needs to be fixed and updated as it seems like AsureTimeAttendance is not fully supporting iOS 14 and above’s features.
I have to delete AsureTimeAttendance, re-download it, and set my acct back up every 2-3 weeks because it just stops working and says “loading” indefinitely.....
AsureTimeAttendance is great and some places still use it. It's a pretty old app though and the interface doesn't really fit the newer iPhone versions. Needs an update asap.
App crashes as soon as I log in
Takes one of my most important business apps mobile. I could use less of the Nintendoesque sounds.
This application works well with AsureForce Time (formerly ADI Time or Legiant Timecard) and allows me to punch in a group of employees when I'm on the go.
Please update or change fonts within AsureTimeAttendance for AsureForce Moble. When using “dark mode” (iPhones) the black type/font within AsureTimeAttendance becomes white and unable to read any words in AsureTimeAttendance .

AsureTimeAttendance is great now Nikki Fus needs to show me how to use it and I love how I dont know how to use crew punch and transfer,I guess it needs an update but really how should I know tee hee 😝
