Great tool but unreliable. Quite often when clocking in, the timer starts, and appears to be working. But only when I log in from the shop. If I start time or try to switch from job to job, busybusyGPSTimeClock opens and says location is disabled and prompts me to open settings and turn on. Yet, it is on. This happens every time I switch tasks from anywhere but the shop. As well it will revert to having not started the timer. So 3-4 hours of my day are not recorded. It makes it very difficult to separate my hours through the day. When at the shop, there is no WiFi, so that cannot be the issue for location. The constant prompting to allow location services is the biggest hassle. I have no choice but to use busybusyGPSTimeClock as it is a company requirement, but it does cause a big hassle for payroll department and I cannot accurately log or follow my own time. In order to use busybusyGPSTimeClock, I have to keep a pen and paper back up. Kind of negates the point of using busybusyGPSTimeClock .

So glad we found busybusy. This is not a paid ad. We are an association management company and have been using busybusy for more than 2 years. We use busybusy, not only for tracking of time between each of our customers for accurate billing, but also for sub-projects for each customer. This helps us and our customer’s boards create and stick to budgets! I believe they’re working on additional, shift scheduling functionality within the software too!

Finally something for us! I’ve wanted a good Construction App/Software for my business forever and I’ve tried a bunch of them. busybusy is by far the best for my employees because they’ll actually use it and it makes payroll easy, accurate and fast for my office staff. This is a great way to track costs from project to project and be able to take a look back at what happened, when it happened, how it happened, and by who. Being able to pull reports to see how my estimated labor costs turned to actual. Also, being able to set a labor budget for a specific part of each project is a great way or keeping our labor budget in check! Thank you

busybusyGPSTimeClock saves me tons of time not chasing down my guys. And All their hours go back to my admin to run payroll automatically with quick books. She says it's super easy for her. I know it's made a huge difference for our projects because I know how many hours it takes to do different tasks and I'm not guessing what my guys did at the end of the week. I work with a custom home builder; and I am at the model homes explaining the product to costumers. and I get paid by the hour. Today I clocked in as regular but after you place the description busybusyGPSTimeClock freezes and kicks me out. It kept doing that, even though I deleted and downloaded it again, but still kept on going. I had to call my boss to say I am at work but busybusyGPSTimeClock is unreliable. Had to log in from the browser, busybusyGPSTimeClock was great until you made the new version.

busybusyGPSTimeClock only makes it easier for your boss and his wife. When you download busybusyGPSTimeClock you constantly have to switch project codes and every time you do you lose a minute or two or whatever they decide to take from you. I haven’t gotten a ten hour day since we started using it but seems to me I’m working well before I’m allowed to clock in. busybusyGPSTimeClock is a gimmick, an invasion of privacy and a scam. I have getting a cheap phone and going back to paper time cards!

This is a great app for a very small company of ten employees. With a lot of employees it starts to have a lot of glitches and problems with work orders and jobs. Sometimes it won’t let you sign your time card nothing will load just a lot of problems. With working in the field you don’t want to have to spend a lot of time figuring out how to get your time card to work.

There is no reason busybusyGPSTimeClock should always have tracking location on. If anything, only have it in while using busybusyGPSTimeClock , but it does not give you the option to do so.
This is a privacy issue and don’t feel comfortable with my work having this. I hope this changes. I will be pushing my company to use something else. At least ADP only requests location while using busybusyGPSTimeClock .

Please please please fix the apps crashing issue! It’s been well over a year and despite the constant updates busybusyGPSTimeClock constantly crashes and causes data loss, it also doesn’t update very well when changes are made. Please fix this issue. It causes a lot of wasted time and misinformation

So the company that I am working for asked us to try busybusyGPSTimeClock we have a few things that we dont like about busybusyGPSTimeClock one being having to login every time you need to switch jobs or logout that is a pain the other problem is it takes a little longer to pull up then it should

Incredibly slow!!! Updates often but never fixes the issues. Can’t sign my timesheet weekly without busybusyGPSTimeClock shutting down 4 times! Wish that the company I work for would go back to paper time cards for the amount of frustration busybusyGPSTimeClock causes!
