What’s the holdup?

I’m reading reviews from TWO YEARS ago listing the same complaints I have. Read through them and make some fixes. Start with the FaceID option. It rarely works. I have to enter my passion every time I use the app. Then have a visual cue so I know if I’m pinching in or out.

Constantly crashes when I try to log in. This is a big problem when I am in the field. It does not matter if I am connected to WiFi or cellular. The only way I can reliably now connect is to go on my computer.

Since the beginning this app has given me nothing but trouble. Not registering punches, not updating properly. And now it’s not letting me see any writing in the app. I can’t see my schedule, my punches, time clock nothing. It shows pictures and I can see the map when I log in but nothing I’m actually using the app for. Don’t use this app for your company, make it easier on your employees and use a better one. I’ve tried deleting the app, redownloading it and logging out and back in and nothing.
