Overall 933WMMR is great but in the past few updates, they made it so that anytime an audio source changes on your device, 933WMMR resets and plays its opening commercial again. It’s beyond agravating when a random page has audio and it cuts out the Wmmr app, then you have to listen to ads again! 933WMMR is now functionally worse than radio.

I listen to the morning show every day at my desk. 933WMMR freezes every 10-20 minutes and I have to force close it, re-start it, and listen to two Steven Singer ads just to get back to the show for another 10-20 minutes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, no difference. It also doesn’t matter if I’m on WiFi or not. I just wanna listen to Preston and Steve!

The amount of ads has increased dramatically and now anytime you open and close another application it stops playing and then you have to go back in to 933WMMR and listen to another ad before getting the broadcast back. It’s now a piece of junk

I’ve used 933WMMR everyday for years but the recent increase in ADs that pop up every time I go to hit play are killing me! I listen at work and often have to stop the stream to get on meetings and the restart but I’m so frustrated I think I might end up switching to Pandora or Apple Music

The stream is constantly dropping, every 10 minutes or so. Have to force 933WMMR closed and reopen, and sometimes have to do that more than once to get the stream back. Have removed and reinstalled 933WMMR multiple times, and I’m running the latest version. Please fix!

I’ve been using 933WMMR for YEARS. And for years there weren’t that many ads. You’d get the first one once you hit play, and of course commercials during broadcast, but never to the extent that it has now. Now when you open 933WMMR , it plasters you with a full screen ad that you sometimes can’t close because the ad makes the “close” button either next to invisible or so small nobody would see it. Then when you hit play you’ve got the pre-streaming ad that must play. If you leave 933WMMR and go back into it BAM hit with another full screen ad. THIS IS GETTING RIDICULOUS. We’re already subject to the broadcast ads, the speaker ads (where Preston & Steve speak for companies) and now this? Give me a break.

Otherwise 933WMMR has improved a lot from previous versions. It used to just disconnect if you had a break in coverage but it does try to reconnect now which is good. Just cool it with all the ads!!

Love the station. Hope the format never changes. I like 933WMMR but it’s annoying that it loses my place in the recorded show if I stop listening for a few hours and come back to it. It keeps starting from the beginning.

Generally does what it says, but you can’t just hit play and then turn off the screen, turning off the screen during a video ad stops playback. Sometimes other times it will also stop playback if you turn off the screen unless you force it to restart and then you have to watch even more ads.

Well I am really going to miss listening in to Pierre for his stories of past time. Most people liked the music but I love all the crazy antics. I hope they keep his traditions going!
Sometime talk radio has its place! I love to listen to Preston and Steve also!

Been listening from day one from the other radio station days. They are a Philly standard and laughing all the time. Pierre show is a total must listen when you get to the area. Love you guys!

933WMMR is great but every time I open it, I need to listen to two commercials before I get to enjoy live content.
Why the extra money grab when I am already listening to the commercials that are embedded in the show?

Listening since 1968, 10 years old . Never a better station anywhere you travel so keep on rocking old and new so looking forward to A-Z.

After having moved from my hometown of Philadelphia to Wisconsin five years ago, streaming WMMR is like being wrapped in a
hug from the City of Brotherly Love. I miss the area more than words can say, but listening brings Philly to me.

I listen every day. Been listening since the early 70’s. LOVE Pierre’s program. He has a calming voice and positive outlook which exudes a peaceful vibe! Great for those of us with anxiety and other issues.
I love to listen everyone else and enjoy their shows as well.
Keep up the great work you all do.

I’m one of those- you were my morning commute buddies. Now, I live in FL but can’t quit you for my morning. BUT- you drop out from time to time and have to restart the whole application.

Flipping far out!!! Do this more than 2x a year!! Do it backwards from Z-A Like in the middle of February when we are bundled up depressed inside in the middle of the cold miserable winter!! Give us something to tickle our eardrums during the fridges duldrums!!

I’ve been a loyal listener of WMMR since 1970 with full album sides at 12 midnight with I believe was Michael Tearson however it was a long time ago. Again 933WMMR has helped me stayed me stay in touch with everything that Rocks & Rolls. Sincerely Joe Ceonnia.

This radio station is one of the best rock stations that it’s been around for a long time and hopefully we’ll be around for a long time coming love all you guys

He gives so much more than music, lots of info on groups and artists, as well as his commentary on current events. I enjoy listening to his show, feels like home.
