App won't load AGAIN!!!! Keeps buffering over and over! Your streaming service.is terrible!!! So something to fix this issue as it keeps happening over and over and over!!!! Worst streaming service ever!

I know it sounds ridiculous, but I'm invested in NCIS. I watch for hours each day. Yet today, all of a sudden, your stream stopped. You could redeem yourselves by playing the lost episodes from today. I've no doubt you can track them. Your TV channel is also down. Help!
