downloaded app but then cant log in keeps saying passwords dont match.is the app actually working fro your end so frustrated

To resolve Haibike eConnect network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Haibike eConnect App
1. On android, goto Settings » Haibike eConnect » click [Force Stop]

Clear Haibike eConnect App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Haibike eConnect » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Haibike eConnect.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Haibike eConnect » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Haibike eConnect » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Haibike eConnect
