Your registration system is ridiculous.
1. Why do I have to go through all those authorizations just to make an account? In the middle of the registration, I have to spam my phone to download a ridiculous app (Pass?) that sends me an 인증번호 to “prove” it’s me. I did it three times, and it didn’t recognize me.
This isn’t even a bank account, what’s with all the unnecessary security?

분명 결제완료도 떴는데 진료내역보니 아무것도 없음,, 퇴근하면서 약 처방받으려했는데 약을 처방 못받네,,? 의사잘못인지 서비스 문제인지 모르겠지만 암튼 개선 필요
