Starting yesterday, April 3, I cannot open BR Klassic. I click on the app, the screen goes white, and the screen reverts to the BR Radio app logo. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Same problem. Is this a system–wide problem or just mine? I am in the USA. Thanks, Ben

How to fix BR Radio app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BR Radio app on iPhone
Update BR Radio app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BR Radio iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BR Radio on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BR Radio network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BR Radio Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BR Radio not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BR Radio App
1. On android, goto Settings » BR Radio » click [Force Stop]

Update BR Radio to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BR Radio App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BR Radio » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BR Radio.

Fix BR Radio unable to contact server/ BR Radio internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BR Radio » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BR Radio » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BR Radio
