RepZio Sales Rep Software Reviews

I like RepZioSalesRepSoftware and it works well but the customer service is nonexistent they don’t like answering phone calls and we we’re never notified of the new credit card feature and we were still writing in credit card # in the comments section at a tradeshow and when we submitted the orders for security reasons the credit card numbers were blocked we had done this in the past and it was never a problem but they blocked the ability to put the credit card numbers in the comment section for the orders so subsequently we lost $10,000 worthOf orders for people that change their mind for one reason or another it’s like once you have the order if you don’t want to have to go back and have them re-think it fortunately most of the people gave us the card
So I contacted the company left several messages and emails that I wanted to get information on the credit card feature and I’ve never gotten a return phone call and the tradeshow was in January and this is March

Tracking factory samples I carry and to whom I loan then would be a nice feature. Also a location map of accounts with pin locations

1. When selecting an item, can’t see description.
2. When adding an additional email address to send out, the attachment doesn’t get sent along
3. Cannot search for a contact by name. Only by company name.
4. Does not offer cc
5. When trying to edit a tag. The screen becomes very small and hides information.
6. Must select 1 item at a time. Cannot select the entire collection of the same item in all colors and sizes. This is very time consuming.
7. When emailing a pdf. Does not have a title to identify.

I can go on and on.

8. There are spelling mistakes on your app. Not very professional when sending out to a buyer.

I hope that you are reading this and make the corrections needed.

When adding a new customer. There is only 1 email that can be recorded, only 1 telephone number can be added. No cell phone option.

One of the best RepZio Apps I have ever used. RepZio system has been one of my best tool for making presentations and writing orders for my company.

RepZio programs are manageable. I highly recommend this system for the best manufacturing companies, making products that improve or even save lives.

Great program to present and write orders. Afraid of it when first presented to program but easy and quick to learn, can make it sing
Suggestion on setting up a dealer, the set up shoul pd be a little darker, would be easier to read in cirtain lighting conditions.

Most of my companies are with REPZIO/ yet a couple others went to Brandwise. RZ is rep friendly and much easier to use.
Yes, they tell me BW gives them much more information on their side, but making SALES is most important, and REPZIO makes it easier to get orders!

This company is always listening and improving upon an already great platform for our sales reps.
It has been great for our company’s sales reps on the road and at Market.

I am not tech savvy but RepZio makes it easy for even me!
I find it far superior to any of the other apps we have ever encountered.
All the features are easily used and fit mine and my customer’s needs.

I have seen Repzio in action across dozens of showrooms and road reps. Not only is RepZioSalesRepSoftware stable… there is a great support team that handles questions and feedback.

I’ve just started using RepZioSalesRepSoftware and it is better than the similar ones I’ve used previously.

It's a perfect innovation but the price changing its too complicated
Always you have to go to preview order to change prices or while your checking out
I wish there's a way to change the price while selecting the item

I’d like to see the form I’m filling out as I try to enter items. I find RepZioSalesRepSoftware confusing in other aspects as well. There’s too much guessing and backing and forthing. Perhaps it’s the product line we’re selling?

Why can't it work in a cell as well as on a tablet? Lookup pricing crashes, try to add a cart crash, I complained about how unstable it is and year later still issue persist. Can this be corrected please?!

Missing basic features. No way to enter Credit Cards securely.
Doesn’t send orders to manufacturer or to the Principles automatically. Is not intuitive to operate.

Our company has been using Repzio for a little over a year now and it has been a great tool for our reps when they're on the road and when at Market. It does take some time setting it up and customizing it, but that is to be expected and the support team at Repzio is always quick to respond to questions. In response to the review that says it wouldn't let them create an account to login, accounts have to be set up before you can use RepZioSalesRepSoftware . This is a software as a service type app.

I have had Repzio for a few weeks now and I find it to be the most amazing tool I have ever used in business. I know this will be a solid product for my agency and my reps will love to use this. I am loading products and lines as we speak and it will be a work in progress, but what I love about it most is that the foundation of RepZio is scalable...you can start with basic info: item number, description and price then you can get rolling with this product. If you don't have all the image names or all the images ready, "who cares" you can use this product immediately with an excel file import for inventory, orders and quotes.

Total no brainer. The image portion is only a bonus, but I am not going to let the fact that I don't have all images prevent me from using this product. It is a turnkey product and super easy to use.

Absolutely best ordering solution I have ever worked with. There are a few growing pains but the staff follows up with them immediatly. The most important part is my reps and customers love the product. Easy to use and very, very intuitive for an aging rep force. You literally have a new rep scanning and taking the order on their own in minutes. It runs like an Apple program, not like a Microsoft program shoe horned to fit an iPad like the other ordering systems out there.

Repzio is a great tool! I use it instead of the company website, as it is easy to use.
It use it to send very professional quotes... It is quick accurate and I love that it includes the photos.
Just add the items you are quoting on into bookmarks and e mail to yourself, then you can add any personal note etc with your signature from your e mail and forward to your client. This is but just one of my favorite tools with Repzio.

We have been using & trying out different iPad ordering apps for a couple years now. This is without a doubt the best and most advance App yet. They are efficient, innovative, and really understand what sales reps need to make their lives easier! Even better is the support and attention from the company. Highly, HIGHLY recommended on all points!!

Great promise, nice interface but big fail. If you are a multi-line rep or showroom stay away. We never did get the order entry software to work with the back office software. Finally had to call it quits. Six months of work and a lot of money down the drain. One day perhaps they will get it all straightened out but for now I would recommend you pass.

In fairness to RepZio my rating is based on my situation and experience. If you are a one line rep or company and don't need back office functionality this software is worth considering.

Very slow in China and sometimes cannot download product photos
